I know there was some talk a month or so ago from people that were trying to come up with a clone.
Has anyone got close yet?

Best advice I can give is that the menthol plays a fairly significant role in the taste. I've got several bottles of various ages. My oldest bottle(six months or so) smells like a blueberry lemon medicine cabinet. The menthol is VERY persistent.

Five different blueberries is what I've read from Michael. I've been meaning to dive into this, but shurb has been eating my soul and wallet. I'm torn with the lemon side of it. Part of me senses FA Lemon Sicily, part screams LA lemonade. I just haven't put enough effort into it yet. Silver cloud estates blueberry may be worth looking into also!

Why not use both? FA Lemon Sicily delivers a definite lemon, almost liqueur-type, flavor, while LA Lemonade is most definitely a lemonde, plain and simple. I'm sorry, I've never tried this (Blackout City), so I'm not going to bother hazarding a guess on what it's composed of. I have tried FA Bilberry combined with FA Lemon Sicily, and I thought it tasted terrible, but that's just me.

menthol requires no steeping, and does not change with steeping!

I hve no idea what blc tastes like, but I know a lot about menthol.

What menthol concentrate are you using? I could help you nail the menthol % ezpz

I may be intoxicated, but menthol DEFINITELY becomes more prominent with steep time. I can attest to this in a multitude of mixes. To say it is unaffected by steeping is 110% false.

Maybe menthol in a mix with other stuff sure, but a plain menthol e liquid does not change with steeping at all.

Whatever comes closest to lemonchello, which is lime or lemon liquor, is probably your best bet

I had a 15ml bottle of nana and a sample of black out. Not sure what the sample is.. 6ml? Whatever it was, I dumped the whole sample into nana and it was tasty.

A few people said FW blackberry was definitely in it, I just got some in the mail and it does smell like BOC. Tbh I was pretty disappointed with it along with agent p. KTR was good though it was definitely something I'd make.. Agent p just tasted like ecblends dragon blood/tear not to rip on bombies I think his story and some of his juices are amazing, although the few new ones just did not do it for me.

Yar, I definitely taste FW bb in there! I've not wandered down the blackberry road, but part of me wants to lean towards blackberry mojito and I don't know why. First I want to figure out the blue, then the black.
