Just buy a shelf.

I use this on top of a book case for mine: http://i.imgur.com/A5VFaTu.jpg

The smaller rack to the right holds 24 of the small vials, and the larger rack has 5 shelves, able to hold god knows how many bottles. I haven't tried to fill it up yet.

Not only is it organized, but I can locate whatever I need with ease...

Getcha' a tackle box. I use a few compartmentalized plastic containers with the adjustable separators similar to this one on Amazon.

I would definitely clean that up a little somehow lol. Don't worry, my roommate thinks I secretly cook meth/cocaine because of all the mixing stuff I have in my desk drawer and the torch I have for kanthal. (Disclaimer: I do not cook meth or cocaine.)
