Got mine today, ordered Sunday. Just want to say how awesome these guys are, this is my second order. Already after the first order due to their quality I decided I would never buy from anywhere else again. This takes into consideration first the quality of the product, the communication, shipping quality (more later), presentation would be last on my set of requirements. That said, they exceed all my standards, and they're wicked nice guys. I royally screwed up my order and they took time out of their Black Friday / Cyber Monday madness to fix it for me. This says it all. Also, the shipping... I have been selling on ebay since it opened, so needless to say I have pretty high standards for packing quality... and a lot of companies just throw the glass bottles in envelope with maybe one layer of bubble wrap. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Nude, on the other hand: wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a box, inside an envelope. Each item is individually bagged as well. So basically it's pretty much impossible to break the thing unless you stomp on it and crush it. This is 113% professional and smart. Bottom line is pretty much each other company has something to learn from these guys, from transparency (excellent communication, providing COAs, etc) to delivery. I'm not one to give reviews on a company but I felt obligated to tell the world since it's so high quality.
/u/nudenicotine my order #7034 placed on DEC 1st had a shipping label created on 12/5 but it has not showed that it has been accepted by USPS yet. Any idea why?

Hey what's up Tom! Uf so sorry about the delay man we got s**t on by lovely reddit users from our Cyber Monday sale (over 1000 unique orders and each one needs to be formulated from-scratch!). Just looked in our order records and looks as i yours was picked up this afternoon by USPS. If we haven't already seen an accepted notification and a sorting scan in San Diego, we should be ~3AM this morning :)
Dude again I apologize for this unforeseen backup in logistics here at the lab! We ALWAYS operate on a 48-hour max formulation/processing time and this DEFINITELY exceeded our norms (just like last year - is this an unholy trend we are to expect for years to come) - sign my death warrant please!!!
