Found this post by Vapz1 on ECF. Made it up with VCV2 instead of VC and it is pretty damn good. Even hits those phantom banana notes I get from milk and honey. I think it still needs a little work, might try regular vanilla custard when I get some in. Also, I'm thinking about dropping total flavor percentage next time. Anybody made this? What do you think?
Peanut Butter (TPA) - 1.5 %
Graham Cracker clear (TPA) - 8 %
Marshmallow (LA) - 3 %
Vanilla swirl (TPA) - 2 %
Vanilla Custard V2 (CAP) - 2 %
I gave it a run. I have to say the longer it steeps, the closer it gets. This looks like the exact recipe I used. I mixed it at 70/30 vg and it still has the throat hit that the original has. I think it's the peanut butter.
I speed steeped it for about 5 hours, tried it and it still wasn't there. I put it in the cabinet for about a week and tried it again yesterday and it awfully darn close.
Yeah, I'd agree with that. I made my 40/60 and the throat hit was perfect. I left it at home while I'm out of town, so when I get back it'll have been a little over a week. I may try a 30/70 next time. Did you use v1 or v2?
Edit: I guess I should have read more closely. You said exact recipe.
I found this attempt at a clone of Milk and Honey ralso on ECF...I think. Bad note taking... Sorry. The original mixer deserves credit for this...
All TFA:
- 2.5% Caramel Candy
- 2.0% Vanilla Swirl
- 7.0% Graham Cracker Clear
- 2.0% Marshmallow
- 3.5% Vanilla Cupcake
It has similar qualities, but it's not milk and honey. More of a delicious caramel cream.
Milk And Honey from Cosmic Fog??? Love that stuff, and was looking for the clone, and actually found it the other night on ECF too....Had no Idea it had PB in it. I have vape mail coming from TPA and I ordered some of the Graham Cracker clear didn't want to try my regular Graham craker, I can see that really making that mix dark
Is milk and honey a cosmic fog flavor? Don't they use single flavor west flavors?
I have CAP Graham Cracker V2 instead of TPA Graham Cracker Clear. Think I could use it instead? Should I adjust the percentage?
Unfortunately I am no where near knowledgeable enough to answer that. Maybe someone else will know. I'd say give it a shot and see how it tastes :)
Yeah I think I'm going to give it a whirl and see how it is. I'm fairly new to DIY and that's one thing I haven't quite figured out yet: how different flavors from different brands compare.
Mixed this up last night, 30/70 6mg. A bit harsh dripping right away, but divine out of a kayfun. Can't wait to see how it develops.
I'm wondering about squeaking a hint of banana in the mix.
