i love it. personal suggestions, though (my humble opinions):
-
lose the black lines on the top and bottom (i think it would look cleaner and slicker);
-
smaller font for the brand (archetype?) so that you can read it clearly;
-
i love the fonts on the juice name and description but i'm not fond of the serif font used for the brand... i'd use a sans serif font for a cleaner look or go for a more roman, classy look if you keep serif;
-
the warning in the bottom is commendable but it takes away some of the beauty. i would keep it but use a lighter grey for it so that it doesn't stick out so much (or i'd use a really bright, almost neon color... maybe the same color on the logo thing).
congrats!
EDIT: just to show a quick example (i did this on word)... first one is Geosanslight (my first pick). second is EB Garamond. sorry for the quality... i'm lazy.
1.) I disagree, I really like the framing of the lines. The bottles have a very classy feeling to me. They remind me of a Macallan 18 bottle for example.
2.) I disagree, I like how it creates a pattern and a border. It differentiates it some from other designs, but adds to the appeal of a bottle like a decorated crown molding on a wall. I find the name readable still.
3.) The serifs add to the pattern effect mentioned in part 2, and reinforce the design language of part 1.
4.) I think the weight of the text at the bottom functions similarly to the logo's weight at the top. It visually blends into an ornate framing pattern. Though I do agree that it could be a dark gray instead of black.
I think if the designs were to be changed as per your recommendations, it would make the juice brand blend in more, and lose some of it's distinctness. There's a very saturated juice market with much the same design language you suggested, this helps this brand stand out.
When I first saw this picture my immediate response was "I want that". It looks premium. It reminds me of Five Pawns, with their parchment feeling labels and aesthetic. I came to the comments immediately hoping to find links to where I could buy this. So the design does appeal to a certain market.
Edit: Of course design is a very subjective thing, and branding doesn't really have any absolute right or wrong choices, just a myriad of choices to be made. I think that if OP redesigned the labels as per your recommendations he or she could come up with an awesome looking design too. But it would stand out from lineups of juice bottles less and it would move away from the brand he or she has just started to cultivate.
just my personal opinion...
Curious how Fontana tastes as I live in a city called Fontana and its terrible
...NC?
You're a craft beer drinker, aren't you?
What told you that, the tasting notes?
Love the tasting notes on the bottle, i dont think i have seen that before tho i dont buy a lot of juice. Congrats to you fizz, product looks and sounds great and your labels look more professional than many i have seen. Sucks about the name tho..
I have tried a couple of your recipes, one of them i really liked but forgot where i had seen it posted and didnt write it down. It was called "Name" Mother or "name" Grandma? And if i remember right had pear, SB sweet, pom and maybe banana? It was pretty darn tasty.
Anyway, i hope we see a website soon!
Thanks!
It was "Surrogate Grandma" which is what I was calling the Nana Cream clone before I finalized it. Like...stand-in nana...surrogate...meh. The pear/pom/sweet strawberry were failed attempts at replicated Nana Cream. It is a pretty tasty recipe though. Here's a link that's probably at least similar to what you mixed previously.
Oh, just noticed...
Not sure if you are planning on selling at all, LLC etc, just know:

just to avoid any possible legal complications...
There's already a juice line with this name out of KCMO. Aqueous Vapor is starting to carry it at certain locations
Hey there! I'm just starting to make my own juice, and I really really love it so far. A few questions: what is the best place you recommend to buy the flavorings, and second: where/how do you make those labels!! I've been searching Staples website and can't find something that makes anything as good as these!!
