Quick story time!
I began doing DIY months ago but quit due to me being impatient for my juice to steep. Also I lost my job and was close to being broke. Now I have a new job and revisited the sub to see if it can re-kindle the fire. And it did! I purchased 200 dollars of ingredients and a scale last week after hearing how much easier it is to mix juice. I was antsy to get my ingredients and was ready to start my DIY journey again!
Today, it arrived! After work, I drove like a mad man, weaving into traffic like I was in a mission impossible movie. A mission to mix some ejuice lol. I arrive at my mail box and slowly open my mail to see the hidden surprize. I take it in my car and slowly opened them. A tear rolled down my cheek. It was GLORIOUS! I rushed into my house, ate my supper like I was Kobiyashi so I can start mixing!
Now, here I sit typing on my desk, after successfully mixing my favorite juice, Nana Cream clone by fizzmustard with a smile on my face as I plan to buy some more ingredients in case of an Apocalypse.
Thank you, DIY_eJuice and fizzmustard for the Nana Cream clone!
How is the Nana cream clone? I'm waiting on my flavors for it right now...
It's on point. I made another batch to steep for a week so the flavors will bind better. But it's still delicious w/o steeping!
The citric acid seems a bit high at 1 drop per ml. At least to my taste after a couple weeks.
After 4 weeks the CA seems dead on to me. You don't necessarily taste it, but it worked reasonably well to adjust the pH just slightly enough to keep the fruit popping seperately.
It seems to irritate my tongue whereas the original doesn't. Hence my thinking of the 1 drop per ml being to high. It was better fresh turned weird after a few weeks.
~~How about a link to the recipe?~~
