Yeah , they just sent the densities. Took them about 1.5 weeks between ticket-responses, so make sure you ask everything you need the first time :D

When you're mixing by weight, it can be handy to know. If you want 1ml volume of a flavor, you know it's weight per ml so you can just weigh it out instead of fiddling with so many syringes and pipettes to measure things.

It's not critical to know them exactly for the flavors, you can just assume they're all 1 and your recipes will still be consistent with each other, though the volume you are expecting in your finished product can vary slightly.

Yeah. Mixing by weight is usually better for precision.

As a baker all of our recipes were in weights not volumes.
