Caramel color isn't that unusual, tons of caramel flavors use caramel color. However, the presence of water means it's most likely highly diluted and not a concentrated flavor like we use for juice. This appears to be designed for baking. Guessing it's a vanilla or caramel extract from a supermarket?
You are correct sir. Was just investigating. A lot of people say go to bulk barn. Ad check out things. This was just on my weekly grocery trip

Really? I've always heard that alcohol based flavorings were okay and just added a bit of throat hit.
It depends on the % content. A little will add throat hit, but some of the higher ones will cause damage
