I'm about to pull the trigger on DIY. So close, so many times. You know what stops me every single time? Wizard Labs website.

25 items in my cart, it's full of the flavors that I want to order. Check back 10 minutes later? Gone. Completely wiped out like it never happened.
-
Oh, you want Sweet Strawberry (CAP)? Damn, it's out of stock for the 5th random time this week. Want to be notified? Yeah, we're never going to do that.
-
Oh look, Sweet Strawberry is in stock! Great ... Dragon Fruit is out of stock.
-
Sweet! Everything I want is in stock and in my cart, I got it this time!! ... oh, the Sweet Strawberry in my cart is now out of stock, while clicking to check out.
I build ecommerce software for a living, and this is just grating on my nerves like you can't believe. Either they sell an insane amount of product with small inventory, or they are having serious issues managing their website.

edit: It appears they don't set a persistent cookie for anonymous users, so if you are not logged in your cart is wiped out after a duration of time (usually 20 minutes) or if you close your browser/tab. In my case it was leaving it untouched for a length of time. After creating a new cart when I logged in it appears to save properly. I find it annoying to have to create an account before you even make a purchase.
I agree with u...You should look into bull city vapor they carry diy supplies along with a great selection of flavor manufacturers
Whats the difference between the "VT" nicotine solution and the normal stuff? Ive never seen this option before and a quick google search didnt tell me what it means. Its more expensive, so I would assume theres a difference, but the website doesnt explain it.
VT is vaperstek. The only nic I've found that can compete with nude as far as quality goes, however, it's also 20% more expensive.
I have some insight as to why some folks feel it's actually a little smoother than NN, but in reality, NN is da bomb IMPO and it's what I use. Was half tempted at using VT over NN in my juice line just to keep things simple and be able to order the large bulk of my flavors from BCV, however, after talking with Jake @ NN, I'd never change :-).
simple answer
I have a massive man crush on Drew right now.
I repeatedly saw the same issues with WL. I went so far as to email them about it and they actually called me back (Cindy I think), but I never saw any kind of improvement from WL. The interim solution for me was just to make multiple small orders until I had what I needed. Once I became more familiar with the flavors and had a much better idea of what I liked I started ordering the 15ml and 1oz bottles directly from TFA.
Is there a possibility that it could be something with you? I don't know anything about how any of this stuff is programmed, I just know that it doesn't do that for me. I just ordered from them for the first time this morning, though I've been editing the cart for about a week. Nothing ever moved. Sorry to hear it's screwed up for you for some reason. :(
I should get everything tomorrow, I can't wait to get started!
That is the way I shop also. I spend hours adding to the cart only to find out when the order is placed that they are "Out of Stock" of Nicotine or VG and flavors. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a year but, have given up. I now shop at Bullcity and ecigexpress and have picked up the habit of ordering from both at the same time. :)
Agree... the lack of persistent cookies before creating an account can be frustrating, as can items being out of stock... but when they DO have what you want... well, they're fairly quick and carry nicotine up to 500ml, which is the largest I've seen so far. (to be fair I haven't put much effort into finding other suppliers that might offer large nicotine quantities.)
One thing that I did while I was making up my mind is to put the items I wanted into a wish list. Some of the items were out of stock, so I waited until I got the notification they were in stock, went to the wish list, went down the list and added every item into my cart. What was annoying is that the site didn't remove the item from my wish list when I added it to the cart, so I manually had to remove it. But this way I made sure that I had every flavor I wanted, and that was Monday with @ 40 flavors.
If you are logged in when you add to cart, the items should stay. I can't help with the rest, except to say there are better places to buy flavor. Ecigexpress is my go-to. They sell the 4oz bottles of Capella for nearly half of what Capella sells them for. If you want TFA flavors, their "signature" line is just relabeled TFA.
What's the benefit of buying from them instead of the manufacturer directly?
When you buy 16-32 oz to gallons and 5 gallons (first 5 gallon pails of flavor i've worked with should have arrived at the lab today), you get a much better deal from the manufacturer.
Smaller volumes are typically repackaged by the end seller, or bulk purchased to achieve wholesale discounts (when you order bulk Capellas, you still order it in 4oz increments, theres just a coupon code)
Resellers have a broader stock from a common shipping point, and have other supplies that the main flavor vendors might not, as well as less expensive small sizes - although 8 bucks for 4oz from TFA is what I always go for - if i like it, i'm going to need 4oz anyway, if not... well, i have a lot of 4oz bottles.
Could you seriously reuse those bottles, I mean is that what you're implying?
I figured the flavor would be so stuck in there it would be impossible to use them for anything else .. I mean I've tried to reuse bottles from regular, not concentrated juice and after washing multiple times in very hot water using lots of soap and even a 91% iso bath they still smell like the flavor that was in them ...
They have the best prices on 8ml samples up until you get bulk, and sometimes even then. When they started stocking Capella I priced out buying 15 vials of a Capella flavor and it turned out to be cheaper than buying a 120ml bulk bottle from Capella, countng shipping.
> If you are logged in when you add to cart, the items should stay.
Should .. I tried that, expecting the same, but it was also wiped out. Perhaps because I created the cart when I was anonymous and then created an account in the hopes it would be saved.
Thanks for the advice, I'll check it out
