Hi, so I want to get into DIY e-juice, but can't find any of the ingredients here, except for VG, I ordered some flavor concentrates online and they're in transit, my problem is nicotine liquid, it'll be confiscated if I ship it directly, I'm looking for someone in the UAE who managed to get some here to point me where to get it. yea, they blanket banned all e-cigs products because of the the children and because "they are not proven to be safe", meanwhile the whole country is hooked on shisha "hookah", teenagers start smoking that in their own homes sometimes... and there is almost no stigma in smoking, cigarette smokers are everywhere. People like me have to either resort to buying smuggled chinese e-cig stuff of questionable quality, or smuggle the stuff my self and DIY everything so i know exactly what i'm putting in my body, it's a real struggle, the laws don't prohibit or "punish" personal use, the worst that can happen is confiscating your supply, no civil or criminal charges... even if you sell e-cigarettes the punishment is just a fine "not sure of the amount, but it'll be big".
Some of the mail forwarders will get things through, I had juice stopped once and let through once using them, but not nic concentrate, haven't tried that.
Your best bet would be to have someone traveling back from the US or Europe bring you some in their checked baggage. I'm in the GCC too and that's what I'm considering...or just try going 0-nic...
