Good luck and have fun OP!
Thank you botboy141. Did you happen to zoom in the the recipe name? (Dream Walker)
Just had a presteep taste, damn good! Thank you!
About how much juice can you make with one bottle of flavoring?
Did you ever have any luck with single-flavor mixes? I'm pretty new, and after researching I've found that I've ordered mostly duds, with TFA caramel candy being the only one with good, or even flavor at all.
My original order was with Nude Nicotine, I got a 5 flavor concentrate pack with my supplies. I am very pleased with their island tobacco, Shirley temple and vanilla patchouli as single mixes. I suspect their concentrates are more mixes vs single origin flavors, so that may be a bit of a cheat, but it was easy and a great first step for me to vape something by my own hand in short order.
Since, I've been making 5ml single flavor 'tasters' so I can get familiar with my collection, I've been very impressed with Inwera's melon and Hangsen's Elder captain as single flavor mixes. Maybe start a new thread asking this question, no doubt some of the pros here have some great suggestions.
I like the TFA Strawberries and Cream alone. Not a super strong flavor, but it's smooth.
That was one of the 8 I ordered, though after I researched it I didn't even try it because of the bad reviews. Interestingly enough, I mixed a batch right before your post. 10% and it is just awful, awfully bad, first batch that I'm won't end up vaping...
What scale is that and how do you mix by weight do you weigh a milliliter of every flavor and vg and nic?
I got that scale over a year ago on eBay (for measuring nootropics), I'll see if I can dig up the model #. It's accurate to .001 gram and was pretty cheap (around $20). I'm unsure how well it would do for larger batches, but I've made up to 30ml mixes with no issue.
I do weigh all the liquids, the "Juice Calculator" software gives me weight conversion for the recipes. I use syringes and pipettes to decant directly into the bottle and tare after each ingredient is added. I feel far more confident weighing vs measuring and it's considerably quicker for this beginner.
