Lingering syrup taste?
submitted about 11 years ago by SumDudeYouKnow

I tasted a banana nut bread juice the other day that had a great lingering syrup taste. It's something that stayed on my tongue for a few seconds after exhaling. It's possible it was caramel but the best way I could describe it was "syrupy."

Anyone know of a sweet syrupy flavor that you can taste during the exhale and even after exhaling?

It was a lesser known flavor made by a local guy, but it very well may be a clone of something popular. I will give waffle a shot. TFA waffle? Belgian? Maybe I will try them all.

There are also a few maple syrup flavors out there. Not sure exactly what you tasted though.
