My first shot at Red Velvet Cake turned out pretty good.

I call it Doomsday Cake, because it's so good I want to die:

6.6% Red Velvet Cake (TFA)
6.6% Cream Cheese Icing (LA)
3.3% Cake Batter (CAP)
0.5% Sweet Cream (TFA)

This mix is pretty rich, definitely too rich to be an ADV, but it is super tasty IMO and tastes a lot like Red Velvet Cake. I might drop the cream cheese icing a tad the next time I mix this one. I'm be open to refinement suggestions if anybody has their own Red Velvet Cake mix.

Been trying to make that myself. It was so so. I'm gonna try this! The person I made it for said it lacked in the cocoa. My ingredients were the same minus the cake batter. I will follow up.
