Capella bottles (13 ml): anyone know how many drops equal 1 ml?

Hello,

I don't have a syringe right now so I'd like to know!

Its closer to 30 drops from a dropper bottle.

You can get syringes from any pharmacy for a couple of cents.

Insulin syringes don't do too well. The needle is too thin, but oral suspension syringes will work fine.

Temperature changes viscosity so it will vary.

30-35 is what I get. When doing 10ml batches I use 7 drops to equal 2%. This is as accurate as I could get with a dropper bottle.

I just got some Capella's in a few days ago, in the original bottles, and I can tell you that it varies widely from one bottle to the next. The apertures on the dropper tips are not uniform. I don't count drops, I mix by weight, but I can easily see that some flavours drop differently than others, even within the same brand.

You can get a decent scale with 0.01g resolution on Amazon for less than $20, it's a wise investment.

20 drops per mL is standard.
