PackagingOptionsDirect is the cheapest I have found, but sometimes they take days to ship it. eBottles is just a little more expensive, but they usually ship next day. I order 1000's at a time, so there might be a better place for smaller quantities.
If you have Amazon Prime, sometimes you can find them in 10 or 12 packs for pretty cheap. With a dropper, they are about $1 a piece on Amazon, and about $0.60 on the other sites (when ordered in bulk).
We (VapeCrafter) are going to start doing bottles later today but I can't guarantee a shipping speed just yet since we're just getting started. For the first few orders we can probably get them packaged and out to you in a week (maybe a couple days longer) -- we'll get better with time.
That being said we'll have an unbeatable selection and we'll be competitive with pricing, we're working on getting that all together right now.

Will you have LDPE?
LDPE in all sizes, HDPE in some, PET in a few (both clear and amber), and Glass in all except 10 mL in clear, amber, and blue (only blue for 5 mL and no clear for 30 mL until our supplier has them back in stock)

ended up using hearlandvapes. I actually used dhgate.com for a wholesale order on my bottles, but they are coming from china i guess and are taking forever. I ended up getting 600 bottles, 1/2 15ml 1/2 30ml with childproof caps for around 200 bucks. Thanks!

Depends. If you're printing at least 1,000 then go with a digital label printer. I happen to work at a label printer and would gladly help. If its just a really short run, I suggest using label sheets and printing them at office depot. Sheet-labels.com has a lot of nice materials you can use. The printer I work for is by far the best if you are looking at printing a larger quantity (1,000 and up)
