Whoa, at that cost why not buy a decent scale?
How do you measure by weight if you are mixing a small amount of juice like 3-5 ml. Don't you only have control down to the drop? Which might be a half drop too much
Mixing a small amount of juice is precisely where mixing by weight shines. I usually have a margin of error of 0.05g when I mix by weight which is roughly 0.05ml. Without using a $33 dollar pipette, what do you think your margin of error is?
I find VG to weigh around 0.03-0.04g per drop, and PG around 0.023g.
0.50% of a flavoring in a 5ml sample comes to about 0.025g, 1 drop of PG, a bit under 1 drops of VG. I find it more than accurate enough, especially since 0.50% is much smaller than I've actually seen anybody list in a recipe, and I find 5ml batches too small to be able to taste it over the course of a week as it steeps, much less 2 weeks. I make 10ml samples for new flavors now.
Also, if you really need sub-drop amounts, you can get them by holding the dropper end to the side of your mixing container and gently squeezing.

I will preface my comment by pointing out that I have never made my own juices. However, I am very interested and plan on venturing into making my own as a next step. Further, I'm a baker by trade and see a lot of parallels between that and juice making.
No matter what, if you are making volumetric measurements when you actually expect accuracy they are going to be flawed. Sure, you can spend boatloads of money on the very best volumetric tools that are available and get unparalleled accuracy on that front. But no matter what, when measuring using volumetric tools there is a higher degree of variance than compared to weight based methods of measurement. In baking, for example, if you ask ten professional bakers to use the same cup to measure a cup of flour you are going to get ten distinct weights of flour. Same with liquids, to a lesser degree.
Now, you might find that you can get very consistent results using tools like this for your purposes. But, I have to ask the question, why would you want to? It seems more work and entirely unnecessary when you could spend that same money on a decent scale that measures to the tenth of a gram and get a higher level of accuracy, on a larger scale without the need to clean between flavors.
If you are chasing ultimate control and minutia of detail, personally I think you're going about it all wrong OP. But maybe you've already got your mind made up and I typed this all out for nothing. Either way, good luck. Hope you find what you're looking for.

I like to drink my tea from a 500ml cup and my coffee from a 250ml cup. They're both cups, but if I use the large one for "1 cup of water" and the small one for "1 cup of flour", then I'm going to get some pretty watery dough.
I like measuring my fluids by volume, because the same fluid will always have the same density in my room temperature kitchen. I also like measuring my dry stuff by weight, because it will have different volume depending on how densely it's compressed.
Now I understand that people like the ease of measuring their juices by weight, because hey it's convenient. What I do not understand is how you get over the fact that your nic base is of a different density than your apple flavouring, thereby giving you 1.01ml of one and 0.99ml (not accurate, just an example) of the other if you measure 1 gram.
Personally, I use 1ml syringes that have a 0.1ml precision for my flavours and nic, and 10ml syringes with 1ml precision to measure out my PG/VG. This gives good accuracy and consistent results always.
Don't cheap out on pipettors, they have wear parts and need regular calibration to be accurate at all.
Get something that has support, it's worth it. The good one's you can send in and have the spring replaced and have it calibrated for 20$.
Hey waffles, what's your opinion on 1ml glass on glass syringes? Im getting tired of reordering/tossing my plastic 1ml syringes because of wear and plastic eating flavors. I would like to get a few in glass to dedicate for flavors. They seem simple enough but the fact that the plunger/barrel interface is just ground glass it has be concerned that it's not going to work out properly with VG.
Our shop just got in some 1 ml glass on glass ones to use with our tank cracker juices and they are really nice.
