  • If you have a flavor you would like to offer a review for that is not listed here, please start a new thread in /r/DiY_eJuice noting it as a flavor review or tasting note. Once spotted, it will be added to this thread.

  • If you find a flavor review somewhere else, and think it should be linked here, please start a new thread in /r/DiY_eJuice noting it as a flavor review or tasting note. Once spotted, it will be added to this thread.

  • If you would like to offer additional tasting comments to flavors already reviewed here, please reply under the appropriate comment and your notes will be added to the flavor already listed.

  • Not all flavors are alphabetical and some flavors have multiple posts/are duplicated by different reviewers. It is highly recommended that you search for the flavor you are thinking about purchasing until you have read every review about it.

LorAnn Flavoring (LA)

  • Butter Rum - Have NOT tried this on its own. I mix it with CAP Vanilla Custard to make Butter Rum Candy. A sweet treat.
  • Grape - Another grape koolaid type vape. Quite a bit stronger than CAP or FFP.
  • Horehound - Tastes exactly like Cherry NyQuil. I mean EXACTLY.
  • Licorice - A darker more savoury type of licorice vape. Not bad mixed @ 15% - stronger might be better
  • Orange Cream - It ain't Orange Creamsicle if that's what you're thinking. Decent solo, better in a mix. I sometimes seem to get a bit of an edgy throat hit with this.
  • Peanut Butter - Like a thick maybe vaguely peanutty sauce. Really doesn't taste like PB. It's a dud imo.
  • Pralines & Cream - Neither as sweet nor creamy as expected on its own. Found a Chocolate Caramel Praline recipe on ECF that's quite good. Wife loves it.
  • Root Beer - My dog leaves better root beer flavourings in tightly coiled piles on the front lawn. It smells so yummy but tastes SSSOOOOO bad.
  • Banana Cream - 8 out of 10 - Tasty flavor. I also suspect it will mix well with other flavors. (mixed at 10%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Watermelon - 8.5 out of 10 - this was a tricky flavor. At first I didn't like it but then a couple days later I really did. It's a very mellow flavor, so if you don't want mellow stay away from this (as a single flavor anyway). (mixed at 15%). - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Creme de le Menthe - 8 out of 10 - A bit dry (needs a sweetner I think) but otherwise very nice menthol 'after eights' taste. (mixed at 10%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Butter Rum - 9 out of 10 - Excellent taste, tastes like a butterrum lifesaver. (mixed at 15%). (warning: they say this apparently can crack tanks, so use at your own risk. My drip tip came lose from my clearo and this might have caused it, won't know until I try it again). - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • English Toffee - 9 out of 10 - Taste JUST like english toffee. (mixed at 10%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Apple - 7 out of 10 - extremely mellow taste, which is nice when you are looking for that but otherwise not so good. I do suspect this would mix well with stronger flavors though. (mixed at 15%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Raspberry - 7 out of 10 - a very one dimensional flavor, but it definitely tastes like raspberry. Ok as a single flavor but I suspect it will really shine when added to other flavors. (mixed at 10%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Bubble Gum - 7 out of 10 - It's 'ok'... it's 'almost' a true bubble gum flavor. I suspect with a sweetner added or perhaps another flavor this could end up being amazing, but on it's own it's only a 7 out of 10. (mixed at 10%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Marshmallow - flavoring ** 7 out of 10** - it tastes like marshmellows, but on its own its a bit boring. I think this will make an excellent sweetner though, plan on using it with other flavors a lot. (mixed at 10%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Cheesecake - 7.5 out of 10 - This is a very nice flavor... similar to marshmellow but better on its own. I could vape this quite a bit on its own, but suspect it will really pop once it is mixed with another flavor. (mixed at 10%)
  • Pralines and Cream - 6.5 out of 10 - tastes like pralines and cream, but not a flavor I particularly like. (mixed at 10%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Cherry - 4 out of 10 - hard to describe. A mute flavor that feels too strong. Perhaps at a lower % it would work, but at 10% it didn't. It definitely has value being added to other flavors though at a low % (when I mixed it with cotton candy it had a positive affect and tasted good). - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Strawberry Kiwi - 5 out of 10 - has a soapy perfumey taste to it. That said, I could see it mixing well (in lower %) with other fruit flavors. (mixed at 10%). - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37
  • Cotton Candy - 5 out of 10 - doesn't taste like cotton candy, taste like nothing really. It does leave a sweet taste, but without any real flavor. It's great as a sweetner though. (mixed at 10-15%) - Courtesy of /u/joekerr37

Capella Flavor Drops (CAP)

  • Boston Cream Pie - Heavy on the double chocolate, light on the cream and sweet. I mix this on its own @ 20% and like it. If mixed, I would try vanilla custard and sweetener.
  • Chocolate Fudge Brownie - mixed @15% needs to steep at least a week, very nice full flavor.
  • Cinnamon Danish Swirl - Straight up, this tastes like someone forgot to include the Danish and Swirl. VERY heavy on the cinnamon. Needs lots of help from sweetener, creams, anything...
  • French Toast - Does it taste exactly like French Toast? Not really. Still tasty though, and VERY aromatic. Mix with maple syrup, 'cause why wouldn't you?
  • Grape - Tastes like Grape koolaid. Even at 20% it's not strong. If you like a bold flavour, avoid this.
  • NY Cheesecake - Depending on your taste buds, this is going to taste either rich and creamy like cheesecake should, or like rotten gym socks. Mix with, well... what kind of cheesecake do you like?
  • Sweet Strawberry - mixed at 12.5%, not overpowering, improves with steeping. Should be great with icecream or cake type flavors.
  • Sweet Tangerine - Mellow flavor on inhale mixed @ 15%. Has that citrus affect so should work well to compliment other fruit flavors.
  • Vanilla Custard - My wife's favourite vape @ 17%. Not a super strong vanilla (I prefer 20% on its own), but very smooth and blends well without calling undue attention to itself.
  • Chocolate glazed donut - This is the most convincing donut flavor I have tried yet. Its bready and and cakey on the inhale, exhale is sweet chocolate glaze. I like it on its own at 12%-15%. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Toasted Almond - This is much better than TFA's version IMO, it smelled kind of funky out of the bottle. But I mixed it up at 12% by itself and its sweet, nutty, and not overpowering. This flavor is extremely versatile, I mix it with everything from tobaccos, desserts, and even some fruit blends. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Sugar Cookie - This smells amazing right out of the bottle, and its good as a stand alone flavor at 10%. It tastes just like a buttery sugar cookie, and it only gets more complex with steeping. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Juicy Lemon - This flavor has become a staple in most of my mixes. I don't use it by itself, its sweet and juicy, not tart like TFA's lemon. It really brings out fruit flavors that may have tasted dull before, and can make some amazing dessert blends. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Cake Batter - This is a pretty convincing cake batter flavor. My first mistake was using it at 10% by itself, it was too strong and left a strange peppery taste in my mouth. I am not a huge fan of this by itself, but at 4-6% it can add a very nice bakery type flavor to your mixes. It lacks that bready flavor I was hoping to get from it, its more like creamy cake batter than anything else. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Harvest Berry - This is amazing at 15% by itself, the longer it steeps the more complex the berry flavors get. To me it tastes like predominantly cherry and blackberry with notes of strawberry. Its been my new all day vape for the past few months. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Guava - This flavor is alright, it taste more like guava nectar than the actual fruit which is really sweet and juicy. It kind of has a flat taste to it, I use it with fruit blends that need to be toned down a bit. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Sweet Watermelon - This is a pretty good watermelon flavor, its good by itself at 10%. Its not as sweet as I expected, its almost harsh if you use it at higher percents. Im not completely blown away by this flavor but it serves its purpose it fruit and candy blends. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Chocolate Coconut Almond - Ive found that alot of the nutty flavors tend to have this weird moth ball taste to it (thats the only way i can describe it) until they've steeped for a few weeks. This is one of those flavors, when i first tried it after mixing at 12% it tasted like sweet chocolate and toasted coconut on the inhale, moth balls on the exhale. After steeping for two weeks the flavors really blended together and the almond started tasting sweet and nutty. Its a good standalone flavor, tastes almost identical to a almond joy, just not as sweet, which is a good thing IMO. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Blueberry - This is a really light blueberry flavor, which seems to be the problem with alot of vendors. At 12% by itself the flavor is almost non existent. I find this flavor is better with dessert blends. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Banana - This smells kind of like TFA's ripe banana, more like a candy runt than a actual banana, but not as overpowering. I prefer this flavor to be blended with others. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Coconut - Its one of my favorite coconuts and can be added to almost any recipe to add creaminess without being too pronounced. I dont use it by itself, it blends well with dessert mixes and most fruit blends. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Apple Pie - This is good, but like most of the other vendors apple pie's, it needs something. Everyone has their own interpretation of what the perfect apple pie consists of. In my opinion a little bit of caramel and cinnamon roll adds the bakery note that this flavor lacks. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Irish Cream - This is ten times better than TFA's version, its really creamy and has a nice liqour taste on the exhale. Blends with coffees extremely well. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Espresso - Ive tried a lot of coffees and the general consensus seems to be that DIY extraction is the best way to get a convincing coffee flavor. This one is about the closest Ive gotten to an espresso that does not taste like burnt rubber. Its not perfect and isn't good as a standalone flavor IMO. But it can definitely add that dark roast taste to any coffee blend and 1-3%. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Capuccino - Once again one of the few coffee flavors I've been able to use. Tfa's version is really strong and has a dry taste to it. This cappuccino is pretty good at 10% mixed with creams or caramel. I usually combine it with a little bit of espresso to make a well rounded coffee flavor. Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Hot Cocoa - thick feel from the chocolate makes this pretty convincing. It screams for some marshmallow bUT it has a great rich taste. 5-10% depending on application. Courtesy of /u/danykitten.
  • Vanilla Cupcake - this one made me sad. All I got was a weird artifical taste from 10-20%. Almost a plastic vanilla taste. It might benefit from low percentages and mixing but in my option there are better alternatives. Courtesy of /u/danykitten.
  • Cake Batter - this made up for the disappointment in vanilla cupcake. Pretty convincing cake batter. Almost like funfetti. Better at low percentages but creamy with a hint of waxy sprinkle. Courtesy of /u/danykitten.
  • Double apple: Decent natural apple flavor but nothing to write home about. At 10% there is a strong degreaser kind of chemical taste. Keep it at 5% or so. Courtesy of /u/Groebe-Wan-Kenobi
  • Sweet Cream: I mixed it with CA Harvest berry and CA lemon lime at 5%. It's a decent cream flavor but it starts to take on an eggy custard taste after steeping.Courtesy of /u/Groebe-Wan-Kenobi
  • Bold Tobacco: I'm having trouble getting a lot of flavor out of this. I mixed it at 10% and it's been steeping for over a week. I'm getting a very light acidic and spicy flavor. To me the bottle smells the way that your car smelled when you quit smoking. You know that smell that took forever to leave and drove you crazy every time you got in. Vaping it is not the same experience though. It might be good mixed with some tobacco absolute and a touch of a grassy and/or nutty tobacco flavor. It's a very light undertone mixed with other tobaccos at best.Courtesy of /u/Groebe-Wan-Kenobi

Here are some of my favorite Capella's flavors:

Chocolate glazed donut- This is the most convincing donut flavor I have tried yet. Its bready and and cakey on the inhale, exhale is sweet chocolate glaze. I like it on its own at 12%-15%

Toasted Almond- This is much better than TFA's version IMO, it smelled kind of funky out of the bottle. But I mixed it up at 12% by itself and its sweet, nutty, and not overpowering. This flavor is extremely versatile, I mix it with everything from tobaccos, desserts, and even some fruit blends.

Flavor West (FW)

  • Banana - Best Banana I've found yet, but not very strong. Tastes like real bananas, not banana candy.
  • Black Licorice - A bright/sweet sort of black licorice with a bit of a "tang" maybe a touch minty?. Very good mixed @ 15%
  • Cinnamon - Not pure cinnamon. Sort of a sugar cinnamon mix; good for sweet pastry mixes. This one will crack polycarbonate tanks.
  • French Vanilla - Okay on its own, but not a standout (and I LOVE vanillas). Not good enough to make again. Will save this for any recipes I come across that call for it.
  • Irish Cream - Mild and smooth. NOT a Bailey's clone. Fairly weak. I brew @ 20%. Haven't mixed yet, but you can tell it would work well as a base if you're careful not to overpower.
  • Mango - Good solid flavour 15%
  • Orange - Best orange I've found so far. Not as bold as I'd like @ 15% but tastes like biting into a fresh orange. Very good. Better than FA & FFP.
  • Root Beer Float - Best root beer flavour I've tried yet. Beats TPA and LOR hands down. Only maybe a slight hint of the "float" part. Just a nice light root beer vape mixed @ 15%
  • Butterscotch - This is the most convincing butterscotch I have tried yet, tastes just like butterscotch candy to me. No weird after taste like TFA's version. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Cinnamon Roll - One of the best cinnamon rolls Ive found to date. It's buttery and has that bakery taste that a lot of the other vendors seem to leave out. Perfect for any dessert blend that lacks density. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Cucumber Mint - I HATE mint flavors I refuse to make them or vape them, but this flavor has me questioning my hatred for mint. The cucumber is crisp and refreshing on the inhale, the mint is sweet and light on the exhale. This flavor really surprised me, Its good by itself at 14-16%, but my favorite blend has been cucumber mint and a little bit of watermelon. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Hawaiian Punch - There are a few FW flavors that just blow other vendors versions out of the water, and then there are a lot of FW that have a horrible alcohol taste to it. This flavor is one of the most perfume-y flavors I've ever tried, it has a horrible chemical taste to it at 10%. This isn't like any Hawaiian punch I have tried. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Hazelnut - This is my favorite hazelnuts so far, although it does not taste like straight up hazelnuts. more like a hazelnut cream. Its good by itself at 12% but it really shines when you blend it with other flavors. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Jungle Juice - Once again, not a menthol fan, but this ones popular with all of my friends. I taste watermelon and grape with a minty exhale, its good by itself at 15% - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Jolly Rancher - this tastes just like a jolly rancher candy, add any fruit you want for a good candy flavor. I use it at 8-10% combined with fruit flavors like watermelon or grape. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Mt. Dew - This flavor sucks, tastes like flat, watered down mountain dew syrup more than anything. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Pina Colada - This is good by itself at 15%, its really sweet on its own so no sweetener is needed - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Skittles - A lot of people seem to like this flavor. To me, It tastes like eating skittles after they've been soaked in rubbing alcohol. When I first started vaping this was one of the first flavors I got hooked on. But my palette has become a lot more refined since then, even steeping doesn't seem to get that alcohol taste out of this flavor. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • White Chocolate - I like this better than TFA's version, its really sweet and kind of creamy. I am not particularly a fan of chocolate vapes but this white chocolate can be paired with everything form fruits to desserts and coffees to add sweetness. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Butter Rum - In the bottle it smells identical to the butter rum lifesavers they release during the holidays. Its sweet and buttery with slight rum notes. From my experience a lot of FW flavors can be on the light side so I tried it at 15% first. It is really weak, the taste is good, its just very faint. Even at 20% this flavor is still really light, I tried adding vanillin and a bit of butterscotch and that definitely helped but the butter rum flavor just wasnt as prominent as I was hoping it to be. In the end i made a pretty good butter rum coffee cake, its just too light of a flavor to be used on its own. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Cookie Butter - Im not sure what to think about this flavor, it smells like molasses and brown sugar out of the bottle. Almost like a gingerbread cookie without the ginger. I mixed a test batch up at 10% and tried it on my dripper. Its extremely dry tasting, I didn't like it on its own at all. I tried it again with a little bit of vanilla custard, and it still had this strange dry taste, almost like I ate a spoonful of raw cinnamon. Really strange flavor, I never attempted anything else with it, although I plan to use it as a crust for cheesecake or something of that sort. I think it has potential I just haven't figured this one out yet! - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Butter Cream - This smells like butter and crayons out of the bottle, its not a horrible smell but its not appetizing. I ended up making a pretty decent butter cream pie, this flavor needs to steep for a few days to get the waxy taste out in my opinion. All in all not a bad flavor, can be used to make desserts tastes buttery. - Courtesy of /u/VapeQueen214
  • Rice Krispies - Rice krispies: nice authentic taste of the plain ceral. Adds a crunchy aspect which is interesting. Use around 10%. Add some sugar or marshmallow for a sweet treat. Courtesy of /u/danykitten.
  • Margarita - tart and tangy. To me it's a mixing flavor that would really help a fruit flavor pop. A bit of a cool feel to which adds a refreshing aspect. Works great with lime and strawberry. Start at 7-10%. Courtesy of /u/danykitten.
  • Ginger Ale - got more ginger out of this than soda but the taste is there. Would be great for a Shirley temple or an accent of ginger with a refreshing feel. Courtesy of /u/danykitten.
  • Salt Water Taffy - to me this was a bust. 20% by itself was ok but I couldn't find anything that mixed well with it. Kind of plastic and artifical imo. Courtesy of /u/danykitten.

The Flavor Apprentice aka The Perfumers Apprentice (TFA/TPA) Part 1

  • 555: is alright fresh, has a little bit of a sweet taste with a strong tobacco flavor. Its kinda of different because I never had a sweet and strong tobacco. I imagine with steep it will blend better and have just the right amount of sweet. So far its vapable and taste alright.
  • Absinthe - Difficult to describe apart from the obvious licorice notes. Not black licorice, not sambuca, a slight coolness. 15% seems about right. Nice, but not a regular vape for me. Mostly anise with just a little strangeness. I've never tried actual absinthe, but this tastes pretty good. Not really a licorice flavour per-se. Per /u/muranternet - "Absinthe is PGA-diluted anise essential oil. It's quite nice when combined with other herbal notes."
  • Banana Cream - Nice banana smell & taste @ 15%. I'm going to work more with this, could make a good base at a higher %, should be a great addition to a smoothie, not a candy taste.
  • Banana Nut Bread - Kinda dry/blasé by itself but mixes really well @ 50/50 with chocolate (Double or Milk).
  • Black Cherry - Steeping helps mute chemical flavor, not a bad black cherry
  • Black Tea: This flavor is bad. I don't taste anything close to a black tea. None what so ever, it tastes like a flowery perfume a female would wear. I had my Father over and asked him what he thought of this flavor. He smelled it and said it smelled like an old tooth medicine he used to use back in the day. Then he took a drag of my H16 PV 3.7v and his face went bitter and he started gagging.
  • Blueberry Extra: this is the flavor I have been searching for. I have ordered from a couple lowered end vape shops and none of there blue berry tasted right, kinda like dish soap. This flavor mixed at 10% taste like the blue berries in a muffin with a hint of blue sucker or candy taste. I love it and can not wait to true it when its steeped. This flavor is definitely on my bulk buy list.
  • Brown Sugar Extra - Tastes just like brown sugar. Very good. Use in moderation. Start with 2%.
  • Coconut - A serviceable but not especially strong coconut. I've only used this in mixes. Need to bump the % if you want it distinct in the mix, particularly with stronger flavours.
  • Coffee: definitely not a mix and vape flavor. First part of inhale taste like coffee then immediately gets a harsh taste. I have a feeling that harsh taste will be gone in a week or so and I will probably enjoy it. Also the concentrate smells like soy sauce Lol.
  • Coffee Extra Clear: Just ew...Think of a a small amount of watered down coffee. Left out over night with a drop a wood smoke flavoring. Then you will have the flavor of Coffee Extra Clear. Another one that makes me gag. 5 mins after vaping this iI can still taste and smell the aroma of this flavor, and its not pleasent. Took some work to get the flavor out of the atty. Worst flavor I have ever tried.
  • Graham Cracker - I've only used this as part of recipes. Blends well enough I guess because it doesn't stand up and say "Hey, you're eating a Graham Cracker!"
  • Hickory Smoke: Smells like a BBQ and tastes like burnt wood and beef jerky. Yuck.
  • Honey - Have NOT tried this on its own. Does what it says on the tin - very sweet with a floral note in the aroma, but not taste. % depends on blend, but usually 2-4%.
  • Honey: I can taste the honey they were going for. Sadly to say its way off, I'm getting yet again a funky flowery type of taste.
  • Jamaican Rum - Like butterscotch rum candies
  • Koolada - 1 or 2 drops per 10ml "cools" another flavour. Almost like a menthol, but without any flavour of it's own. Also Increases throat hit and a can cause throat irritation at more than 1 or 2%
  • Lemon - This is a shit flavour. It's like a light lemon water with no tang. Don't waste your time. Find a better lemon
  • Malted Milk - A small amount (2-3%) adds a rich, malty texture to a mix. Effective as a thickening/smoothing agent.
  • Mango: This is a really good flavor for fruit lovers like myself. I only taste the mango on exhale and its pretty strong and bold.
  • Maple Syrup - Sweet, but not quite as present as I expected. A decent complementary note in a mix, but I wouldn't be lost without it. Will try others.
  • Marischino Cherry: At smell I thought of a bold Candy cherries type, but after vaping it I get perfume cherry dish soap. Its pretty gross.
  • Mary Jane: I was very disappointed with this flavor. For me it tastes like the smell you would get from a flower. Same problem with as the black tea, straight perfume taste. I think it tastes horrible and doesn't resemble anything of what it is shooting for. It makes me gag.
  • Milk Chocolate - Creamy milk chocolate flavour. Heavy on the creamy lightish on the chocolate. Not bad. Creamier than Double Chocolate, as it should be. Chocolate flavour is a little weak. Easily overwhelmed by other flavours. Mix high to retain chocolate flavour.
  • Mountain Dew Type: This is a very weak flavor and I can taste the Mtn. Dew hint. Little bit of lime, little bit of lemon but it doesn't really get the job done. I'm not too pleased with this flavor.
  • Peach - The only time I've tried this was in a mix with sweet cream and tobacco. I liked it. My wife thinks it tastes like peach perfume. YMMV
  • Peach: This flavor is delish. Dead spot on Peach with a slight perfume taste. I find it very enjoyable and would be great mentholated. Peach lovers snatch it up.
  • Ripe Banana - Good Banana flavor. Has chemical taste initially, must steep to get rid of it.
  • Root Beer - Tried this in a recipe I found online. Smelled just like root beer! Wifey would have spit it out if she could have. I didn't like it either. Not sure whether to blame the recipe or flavour.
  • Rose Candy - Really strong. Initially "perfumey", but after steeping, it mellows to a nice, mildly sweet floral rose. Start at 1-2%
  • RY4: excellent flavor IMO when fresh can't imagine when its steeped. Has a. Very sweet taste, but I can't put my finger on it and has a hint of tobacco. I read reviews hearing people say its caramel and tobacco, but I can't find the caramel taste.
  • RY4 Type: I don't taste the resemblance of RY4 at all. I'm getting a flowery organic sweet taste. I'm leaning towards a Champagne or something close to it. It is vapeable though, has a clean taste to it, may uplift some bold or bitter juices.
  • RY4 Double - Two for the price of one. Both good. The Double accents the caramel. No longer need to buy vendor RY4 juice. Mix @ 4-5%.
  • Sweet Cream - Pretty benign as a solo vape but adds sweetness and creaminess to a mix that could use it without messing with the flavour. Flowery flavor, not good alone. Maybe useful in small quantities.
  • Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - a nice creamy vanilla. Pretty good on its own, better in a mix. Not a really strong vanilla, and the bean note shouldn't be overlooked when mixing. It's not straight up vanilla ice cream.
  • Waffle: This flavor smells just like waffles. Popped a few drops on my atty and it went to shit. I loved Rath Waffle so I was expecting something along those lines but this tastes like a weak buttery perfume to me. It is vapeable and I could see someone out there liking this flavor, but its not for me. I might just wear it as cologne, I could probably could pull some numbers down at the local Sizzler. I would probably have my hands full if you catch my drift.
  • Watermelon - Does it taste like watermelon? Sure does! Do I vape it on its own? Nope. Just because I'm not big on straight fruit vapes. Great mixing potential, just haven't tried yet.
  • Yam - Although I find the flavor not really strong @ 15%, there is a depth to it. I think this might be something that ties a juice together.

Absinthe is PGA-diluted anise essential oil. It's quite nice when combined with other herbal notes.

Deleted the Earl Grey comment. The source it was pulled from clearly had it in the wrong place and I don't see a comment talking about Earl Grey there. Thanks for catching it. I obviously didn't proof read EVERYTHING yet ! Getting there though, learned tons putting this together!

Mainly caught it because it came in my last order, and I've got some steeping away right now. Info on teh intarwebs is pretty scarce.

Thanks for what you're doing here... Nice to have it all in one place, maybe we can get this organized into a DB/stickied when this is all done! Sometimes I just want a basic starting percentage so I'm not reinventing the wheel for all 80+ flavors I've got in the drawer.

Hangsen (HS)

  • Apple - I have toyed around with this one only once, but it is exactly as advertised. Definitely more on the granny smith end of flavors. Right on the money! 8/10.
  • Banana - This one is great! It has a very authentic taste to it. This paired with anything has worked tremendously thus far for myself. Especially balanced with some cream flavors. 9/10
  • Blueberry - I don't think I can review this one. I believe they accidentally gave me Raspberry. 0% blueberry smell and flavor, but 100% Raspberry. Haven't mixed anything with it yet. I'd stick to LA and TFA blueberry. ?/10
  • Butterscotch - Tastes exactly like butterscotch pudding. Very creamy, buttery and full bodied. I hope it doesn't have diacetyl because I think Paula Deen made this juice (mmmmbutter). 9/10
  • Italian Cream - O. M. G. Pure cream-cheesy buttercream cream butter. Pair this with almost anything and you will be blown away. But be careful, start off at 1% if you want it subtle. 11/10.
  • Cigar - This is a deal-breaker tobacco flavor. It is right on the money. Sweet, mellow and smokey. I'm not a huge fan of your typical RY tobacco flavors, so I was purposefully going for another offshoot tobacco type. This one is a must! 10/10
  • Juicy Peach - It is as good as you may have heard (if you do forum scouting). Once again, right on the money. Sweet, slightly tart and very pungent. 9/10
  • Mango - This one is great as well. It is EXTREMELY potent, so mix carefully. I'd probably start off at 1% with this guy. But once again, the flavor is spot on. 9/10
  • Pomegranate - Pomegranate is a somewhat difficult flavor to master, and this one is a little off. Almost has a spice/pepper aftertaste. And because of that, I am sticking to Capella Pomegranate. 4/10
  • RY1 - Like I said previously, not a huge RY fan, but this one is exactly as you might think it tastes. It's your typical tobacco flavor, the kind you taste in 80% of tobacco e-liquids. Some good examples are Indigo - The Duke and Dekang - Dark Tobacco. I have a feeling this is exactly what they use. 8/10.
  • Watermelon - This one is a perfect melon flavor. Of course it's artificial/candy watermelon BUT it isn't too overpowering and/or soapy as a result (which requires much steeping). Not to mention, (like ALL of their flavors) a little goes a long way. 9/10
  • White Chocolate - This one is very hard to describe. It's verrrry good, but in small quantities; especially in tobacco blends. It kinda has a toasty marshmellow flavor. That's it! Creamy toasty marshmellow. 9/10

Inawera (INW) Part 1

  • Anise - (Personal Nic Mix @ 50/50) / 4 + 5 + 9 = 18 drops on 5ml (31 eventually) -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Initially bright Anise or black licorice candy smell

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, but that quickly fades away

This tester is no where near the strength I'd prefer. Flavor is always close right after mixing, or within the next day or two, but then the flavor always fades away after a few days! Initial mix @ 4 drops per 5ml - very mild and steeping doesn't help, definitely will need higher percent! Added 5 drops to get at 9 drops total 3%, then 2 weeks later I doubled that with 9 more drops for 6% total. Eventually I added 13 more drops to 5ml w/ 18 drops already in it, bringing it to around 12%, but still the flavor aspect of it that I like and prefer always fades away after a week or so.

Having to use such high amounts to stabilize a flavor level isn't ideal or cost effective for the user. Later I plan to test 10-15%, but for me this may never be a flavor that doesn't satisfy unless vaped immediately due to the above mentioned oddities. To be honest here, I am a huge fan of Star Anise (Illicium Verum), and prefer it over regular Anise/Aniseed (Pimpinella Anisum), but both flavors are satisfying to me when they are strong and remain a stable full-flavored vape. I may simply need to mix this higher, possibly 8-12% instead of the 6-7% I eventually reached in the above testing? If that much flavoring is needed to keep the flavor level stable then I would not recommend this for major Anise lovers.

After having noticed the above issues, I spoke with another Inawera user that feels the same sentiment towards this flavoring. So I am not alone in noticing the issue, hopefully Inawera will receive more feedback like this about the flavor, perform some investigations, and then hopefully revise the flavoring in the future. For now I can only say this is a good flavor in "general", and only when freshly mixed, if not vaped immediately (within few days to a week) the Anise is too unstable and fragile and quickly fades away to nothingness.

Recommended mix - @ 18-20+ drops per 5ml for decent strength (not overly strong & not weak flavored). Make in small batches and vape quickly, the flavor will fade almost entirely

Overall Rating - 4/10 - Would be 9/10 if didn't fade away, gets the 4 points solely for it's initial flavor brightness

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Extreme Grape, sulfur, ketchup/vinegar

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Exact same as above (Better let this one air out, unless that aroma is OK to you after mixing, it may just be my nose/brain detecting the aroma like that)

The aroma on this one is STRONG, reminiscent of sulfur and jet fuel when I first smelled it It's vinegar-like, or maybe a heavy ketchup/tomato paste, w/ a strong grape aspect. I tasted this a day after mixing, and it vaped about the same as it smelled. So I immediately concluded this one needs steeped and probably be aired out, or both. (Did both!) After a 24-hour airing out, and a long steep, the vinegar/fuel aspect I was detecting has disappeared. The aroma is still quite strong, but the offensive notes I previously mentioned are no longer present.

After that careful preparation was done, a bold and elegant wild dark berry flavor finally emerged. This would be a superb addition for any berry based mix, if used sparingly and properly. I think this could add depth, and a special intriguing delicate note into any fruit or berry recipe. I have a few ideas already, and I'm sure they'll turn out tasting great due to using this as an add-in.

Extremely strong flavoring! Recommended mixing ratio 6-10 drops per 10ml, then a good airing out period followed by an extended steep for best flavor enjoyment.

Overall Rating - 8/10 - Highly concentrated, and very flavorful!

  • Blueberry - VPG. Power Smoke - 5 + 5 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Fresh blueberry, not candy type, slight sweetness and something else that seems like it doesn't belong (Some type of spice)

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above

I started with 5 drops per 5ml, 12-15 days later increased to 10 drops. This one has an odd aroma to me, kinda of wild smelling with light blueberry underneath. I'm also detecting something "Spicy" in the background, it's what's putting me off and I'm thinking I do not like that note, hopefully it tones down with steeping. After a long steeping, that odd spicy note never quite changed or weakened enough to me, even before I increased flavor %, which I did to make sure under-flavoring wasn't causing the "off" type tastes to me. For my taste buds that's quite a turn-off on this flavor, at least as a stand alone blueberry, because to me that note doesn't taste like it should be there. Oh well, you can't like them all

This is a fresh and realistic blueberry, slightly sweet but no candy tastes to it at all. I'm sure many people will enjoy this one, probably at higher percentages than I tested too. I'm positive the only reason it doesn't do it for me is that off spicy note, and I really think I prefer the fake blueberry muffin type of blueberry flavoring (Think FW)

Suggested mix 10-15 drops per 10ml

Overall Rating - 4/10 - 7.5/10 for realistic fruit taste quality, but I prefer something different in a blueberry so it doesn't rate highly for me

  • Carmel - VPG. Power Smoke - 5 + 3 + 4 = 12 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Dark, sweet, rich and syrupy

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Faint dark sweetness

I started this one at 5 drops per 5ml (Then 4x30min USC). A week later I added 3 drops due to no really detectable flavor. Then two weeks after that I added 4 more drops for 12 drops on 5ml equaling out to 4%. I still could not taste much on after another week of steeping after that last addition. I did detect a slight dark sweetness, almost rich without being sweet if that's understandable. However, in the end I really never could taste any caramel or any particular "flavor".

For me, is not very good as a single flavor, it's best used as a mixer. I've already made a few successful mixes with it, cinnamon rolls and coffee, so it does work as a mixer! I could detect a caramel flavor in those mixtures and it developed nicely as the mix aged, overall it greatly improved the flavor profiles of those juices too.

Recommended mixing ratio 2-4%, in a multi-flavored mix, not a good stand alone.

Overall Rating - 6.5/10 - Higher than average for it's richness and mixing ability, but not in the upper range for me due to general lack of overall flavor as a stand alone

  • Cherries - VPG. Plus - 5 + 3 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Sweet young cherry, sweet, maybe hint of spice/cinnamon?

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Sweet light cherry, no spice

Upon initial test of all the cherry flavors, this one tasted the best. I'm unsure if that's because I like this flavor best, or if it has anything to do with mixing the others lighter than this one? I wasn't sure where to start, when I received this, there was no suggested mix info on site, nor any reviews, so I had to mix it blindly. After steeping, it tastes of wild cherry, maybe Swiss with a little back-note of maraschino, slightly sweetened and very smooth.

I'm sticking with my initial thoughts on this one being my favorite of the 4 cherry flavors tested, followed very closely by Cherry (Wisnia). This would make a great addition to your favorite alcohol or beverage style mix, would probably also go great in a light tobacco mix, and may even do well as a back-note for some bakery liquids.

Suggested starting ratio 5-8 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 8/10

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Dark cherry, dark rum, syrup, other notes of mysterious darkness possibly molasses or cocoa?

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, maybe even more dark mystery notes fill my nose

4 drops per 5ml was too weak to properly describe flavor, increased that to 7 drops per 5ml then waited another 14 days to taste again. I detect dark rum (?) soaked cherries. Not quite sure on the liqueur used here, but to me it tastes kind of like a dark non-spiced rum, cherry flavor is not "popping" out at me, but more of a lightly blended cherry into the dark rum/alc taste. And I do believe I detect a VERY faint tobacco note in there as well possibly.

Above average TH for this one. This would be great mixed into a alcohol type drink, or a citrus mixed type drink like MT Dew or Hypno, and I'm sure this would be a welcomed addition to a dark pipe style tobacco as well!

Recommended starting ratio, 5-7 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 6/10

  • Cherry - VPG. Power Smoke - 8 + 2 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Semi dark cherry notes, slight candy/syrup aroma

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Sweet cherry, slight syrup aroma

What a great and natural flavor, just like Cherries (Czeresnie), these two to me are perfect cherry flavors! Very true cherry flavor, like a sweetened wild cherry (Lighter wild apple-like colored ones green/light red), reminds me of a slightly light version of Ludens Cherry "Candy" cough drops, the kind you may have eaten as a kid like candy instead of medicine, which is how they are best enjoyed since they don't really help with a cough.

Great for me at 8-10 drops per 5ml. This would make a great addition to your favorite alcohol or beverage style mix, and would probably also go great in a light tobacco mix.

Overall Rating - 8.5/10

  • Coconut - VPG. Plus - 5 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Sweet coconut flesh, maybe slight milk/creamy aspect. Not candied, and definitely not like tanning lotion

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Light coconut aroma

This is a non-candy style coconut, with a soft and true flavor. There is a light creamy/milky texture to as well. It's not overpowering and heavy-handed like many other coconut flavorings tend to be. This one will be able to easily added into a recipe without needing to dilute it down or worry about the coconut overpowering everything else in the mix. I'll be shooting for making the Girl Scout "Samoas" cookie with this soon (also known as Caramel DeLight depending on where they were baked). This would mix nicely into any tropical drink vape, and would be a great addition to any bakery type juice as well.

Recommended starting ratio 5-7 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 8.5/10 - Very realistic without being overbearing

  • Cocopilada - VPG. Power Smoke - Dosage 8-10 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Milky coconut, butter, slight rum with a tinge of pineapple and possibly maraschino cherry

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, minus the pineapple and cherry

I started 6 drops on this one, then several days (4) later added 2 more which didn't change things much, if at all. Tastes like coconut and rum w/ hints of butter, smells much better than the vapor it provides. This needs some "Cookie"!! I suspected the buttery note might turn into more of a cookie flavor after a long steep, but that never happened. Maybe this may just need to be mixed at a higher percentage for me before that cookie taste comes out? I'll find out soon!

Suggested mix 8-10+ drops on 10ml, may be best used as a mixer

Overall Rating - 6/10 - Would be higher, but the lack of "cookie" bothers me

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Dry dark roasted, plain coffee, possible slight woody note

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, minus woody note

Black coffee at it's finest, tread lightly or it could possibly start tasting like someone left your coffee on the burner too long. This is a plain jet black coffee, it's an unsweetened, very smooth and dark roasted flavor. This does not have an "off" or "fake" taste to it like many "Coffee" wannabe flavorings do, and I would dare to say it's almost as good as the best extract I've personally made with a plain flavored coffee ground like "Folgers". I've tested it in a few mixes and it works great w/ caramels, coconut, hazelnut, peppermint, and even cookies & cream (FW) 8-10 drops per 10ml is perfect for a nice bold roast!

For many users, one of the nicer things about this coffee flavoring is that it remains very clear after mixing, well it does get a slight tanned tint after a long steep but nothing like those thick dark concoctions you normally find labeled as coffee. Because of that, it's obviously not going to gunk up your coils or clog cartos easily like the thick dark coffee concoctions!!

8-10 drops per 10ml seems to be the perfect sweet spot for me, I think much more than that would lead to the dreaded "burnt coffee leftovers" taste.

Overall Rating - 9/10 - Now this is coffee!

Tasty Puff (TP)

  • Awesome Apple 5%, 5/5 I had to wipe the juice off the corner of my mouth. It's a Granny Smith.
  • Blueberry Thrill 3-5%, 4/5 This one is a little stronger and I would have given 5/5 but it has a perfumery after taste. Probably definitely don’t use at stronger than 5%.
  • California Orange 5% or 5%+, 5/5 Just like Tang. If the astronauts could vape…
  • Chick Magnet Cherry 5%, 4/5 Still trying to find a real cherry. Like all the others that I have tried. I like cherry and don’t mind the cough syrup taste, gives a better TH.
  • Chronic Hypnotic 5%, 10/5. Unreal! Must have! Can’t describe. Everyone will taste something different. If I tried you all would get hypnotized. My chronic vape now! I was debating on including this in the review as I don’t want it to go out of stock.
  • Chumpy Chocolate 3-5% 3-4/5 I could swear I went Coo Coo for coco puffs. Just like the cereal not a whole lot like the bar.
  • Convicted Melon 5%+, 5/5 Closest to a real watermelon without that artificial taste.
  • Cotton Mouth Candy 5%, 4/5 Just like all the rest of the cotton candy flavorings that I have tried.
  • Crazy Coconut 5%, 5/5 Again a true to the fruit flavor as I seem to have found.
  • Electric Banana 5-7%, 4/5 Like the candy, not much like the fruit.
  • Ghetto Grape 5%+, 2-3/5 This was the biggest disappointment and had a paraffin/waxy aftertaste but it was the closest to a real grape I have come across.
  • Jungle Juice 5%, 5/5 Just like Hawaiian Punch but somehow better.
  • Lemon Lime Kamakazi 3-5% max., 5/5 You can actually taste the lemon AND the lime.
  • Mango Tango 5%, 3/5 This is as real to really over ripe mango as I have found. If you like mangos and ever had one that is over ripe, well, it has that taste of butt. Too pungent.
  • Nilly Vanilla 5% max., 4/5 Not dissimilar to most of the vanilla flavors out there.
  • Pimpy Fresh Peach 5-10%, 5/5 Lightest flavor that I tried but very good.
  • Power Plant Pomegranate 10% 2/5 Can't place this flavor but it is somewhat like the fruit and again too perfumey.
  • Puckered Up Pineapple 5% +, 4/5 The most real pineapple that I have found.
  • Rasta Rootbeer 5% 5/5 Now that's root beer! The most accurate root beer I've tried. I like root beer.
  • Rippin Raspberry 3% 2/5 Not much like any rasberry I have ever tasted. It tasted too perfumey.
  • Strawberry Cough 5%, 3/5 There is a slightly artificial taste but something different… there are much better strawberry flavorings out there.
  • Sweet Leaf 5% 5/5 Cant put any finger on this other than pot laced passion fruit? Good though.
  • Toke a Cola 5% 2/5 Nothing like cola, and there are much better cola flavors out there. BUT, it taste EXACTLY like the home made, sour dough cinnimon buns that my wife made the other night. I mean exactly. It would get a 5/5 for a cinnabon cinnamon roll but it aint no cola. Very much like fresh ground cinnamon not like the candy.

I would say in my experience, Flavour Art has some of the most accurate flavors but not the widest selection. TFA has the widest selection of 'OK' flavors. Capella is good also but once again smaller selection. Inawera is good as well but small selection. Hangsen is best for Tobaccos.

I'm in a bit of a Flavour Art kick right now although I started with TFA and was very happy with it.

Okay, mixed up some Cookie Butter (FW) at 12%. Probably going to have to mix it stronger next time, but it's super dark so I was erring on the side of caution. It's not what I was expecting - I was thinking it was going to be like Cookie Butter (like the spread from Trader Joe's). Freshly mixed, it's more like a butter cookie (the Danish kind you get around Christmas). I'm going to let it sit for a bit and see what develops (if anything).

Inawera (INW) Part 2

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Coffee, light tobacco, maybe a hint of chocolate

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Light and dry coffee smell only

The name says it all, it's a tobacco and coffee paradise, now I know why the name was selected! This is a unsweetened vape, with smooth coffee up front that's evenly and perfectly mixed with a lighter tobacco in the background. I'm also detecting light hints of cream and a little roasted nuttiness on the back end. I'm sure this would please any fan of tobacco or coffee style vapes! This is great by itself, but would also make a great addition to any coffee or tobacco mix!

Suggested starting point, 10 drops per 10ml was perfect for me! I do feel you could probably make it stronger if you wanted, without it quickly tasting bad, unlike the plain coffee, I'm sure it could get bad quickly if over-flavored.

Overall Rating - 8/10 - Smooth!

  • Cool Mint - VPG. Plus - 10 drops on 10ml - ** Known tank cracker ** -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Mint, tartness, citric and fruity

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above

Sweet and minty no doubt, something unexpectedly fruity, slightly citric, and a feeling of moistness appears as well. Behind the mints I think I detect Juicy Fruit Gum flavor, similar to Jackfruit/Banana, along with a possible hint of kiwi and/or pineapple, possibly some of Inawera's "Fruit Mix".

This flavor sticks in tanks/coils, ect. It's not super bad about that, and I've noticed some flavors will wipe it easier than others, but I find it definitely worth mentioning that way you will know to "test" in a dripper or something to that effect before you fill a tank or soak a coil in case you do not like that much. Be prepared for it to stick around a while in whatever you use it in, like your "Mint/menthol" only tank, or plan for a good cleaning before using another flavor in that tank.

This flavor can be vaped and enjoyed immediately without any steeping, but it does change and I feel it's at it's best if you allow it 3-4 weeks to reach full potential. After the longer steep it's much so much smoother, all around more mellow and well blended!

Recommended starting ratio 10 drops per 10ml ** Known tank cracker **

Overall Rating - 8/10 - Very unique for all minty type fans!

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Strong Eucalyptus, reminiscent of cough drops or sports creams Menthol

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, strong Eucalyptus and menthol aroma

STRONG Watch out with this one! Flavor is very nice, bold herbally and mint-wise, although to me the mint does seem a little light. I've never had straight Eucalyptus, so I'm not sure how much of a mint aspect it brings by itself, or how much it's flavor may cover the other mint here. All in all, this is a nice vape experience for any mint or menthol lover, and I'd suggest all users who like those types of flavors to get a bottle of this to experiment with. Doesn't really require any steeping, mix and wait a day or so and it'll be ready to set you back a few degrees

Strong Recommended starting ratio 4-6 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 9.5/10 - Extreme All menthol fans should try!

  • Exotic - VPG. Power Smoke - 8 + 3 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Mainly detect mango, papaya, slight pineapple and passion fruit

E-liquid aroma in bottle - About the same as above mentioned

Tastes exactly like it smells, how cool is that! Very smooth, mango seems to be the top note here, followed up closely by papaya and passion fruit. It's so smooth once steeped it's hard to determine all the minor notes, but I do believe I can detect hints of kiwi, banana, and pineapple in the background, and possibly a very tiny amount of coconut as well. Any fan or fruits or tropical type drinks would thoroughly enjoy this one, it's an exotic tropical party on your taste buds!

Recommended starting ratio 8-10 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 7.5/10

  • Hazelnut - VPG. Plus - 4 + 2 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Strong and young/green hazelnut, not roasted

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above

To me this flavor is too "young/green". It is still a good fresh crisp and realistic hazelnut flavor, but for my tastes I'd prefer a fully matured hazelnut, and preferably roasted. I may be reaching for mature and roasted in my mind without really being aware that's the taste I'm expecting when thinking Hazelnut. This seems to be missing the darkness or roasted aspect we've all come to be accustomed to and love in a hazelnut flavoring. All I keep thinking is the taste is "young/green" or "picked too soon". Or it could be that this one may just be too realistic for me due to expecting the more common blended type hazelnut flavoring from coffees and creamers, ect.

This may be best used as a mixer in a drink, chocolate, or tobacco mix obviously, and that's probably why it isn't tasting as I expected. I'm sure as a mixer this would be great with brown sugar, creams, vanillas, coffees, and chocolates, and I bet then it would then taste more in-line with what I initially expected. I've never mixed with hazelnut before, so I don't yet know where to start to get what I was expecting, hopefully someday I'll figure it out!

Recommended as a mixer, starting at 4-5 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 6.5/10 - Higher than average for it's realistic flavor, rating would be higher but for me as a vape flavoring it's missing something (roasted, darkness, roundedness, ect)

  • Honey - VPG. Power Smoke - 5 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Sweet clover, honeysuckle, slightly floral, honey

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, except lighter (Post steep) smooth lightly fragrant honey, almost honeysuckle-like

Do not vape early, for many users this one must steep or you may detect the infamous "cat urine" often mentioned with some honey and tobacco vapes Not to worry, and don't let that scare you, that aspect dissipates after a decent steep and then turns into a wonderful honey / honeysuckle aroma! Vapor flavor is very smooth and is slightly sweet, tastes how fresh honey smells with a hint of sweet clover.

This will be a great mixer for various type mixes, candies, tobaccos, drinks, ect. And I can even see some enjoying it as a standalone as well. I've used this in a few tobacco mixes and they've been great!

It's such a relief to find a good honey! Recommend 3-6 drops per 5ml when used as a mixer, depending on how strong you need the honey aspect of your mix, for stand alone use 5-8 drops per 5ml should be a good starting point.

Overall Rating - 8.5/10

  • Lime - VPG. Plus - 10 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Very bright, strong realistic lime (No candy)

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Fresh limes!

This one was semi-cloudy (Very light) when initially mixed, probably due to the VPG/DW combo used. WOW, now that's a lime!! I can't get over how bright and "limey" this is, now that sounds like something the good Doctor (Who) would say after taking a vape! The lime starts bold and stays there! It's in your face crisp fresh lime, it even squirted me in the eye on my first vape! Works really great with fresh mint, that's a nice taste bud refresher! I've mixed this w/ menthol as well, and the boldness of the lime increases more and more as you increase the menthol. That effect almost feels as if it's never going to turn into a "mentholated lime", but instead it keeps morphing a stronger and stronger lime. But in the end, with a hefty push and an unexpected amount of menthol it will eventually get it there and it's great!

I can't wait to mix this with orange next to see what kind of crazy strong citrus blast that will create! Recommended mix - @ 10-15 drops per 10ml, depending on your strength preference (10 is pretty bold, great starting point)

Overall Rating - 9/10 - Limetastic!

  • Liquorice - (Personal Nic Mix @ 50/50) 4 + 2 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Medicinal, herbal, rooty, smells "brown" if that's possible, dark sweet notes

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, less sweetness noted

This is a nice flavor, but for my tastes I need some Anise in my licorice! This is a dark bold licorice flavor, very herbal and true to the name it's real licorice and not the usual candied black jelly bean type. The flavor is not sweet, at all, so you may want to add a little sweetener or something dark and sweet like caramel or brown sugar. For my personal tastes, this flavoring would need to be drastically changed before I could use it as a stand alone flavor, otherwise I'd have to add Anise and an additional flavoring to bring in some sweetness (not EM).

For me this would be best used as a base flavor to create a licorice flavor with, adding several other flavorings. Or could probably be used as an add-in in other mixes such as alcohol drink types, or lightly mixed in with tobacco based juices.

Recommended mix ratio, 1 drop per ml

Overall Rating - 5/10 - For me, this isn't an ideal licorice flavor, maybe a good starting base, but it needs sweetness and a hefty kick of Anise before it would be enjoyable to me.

  • Mango - VPG. Power Smoke / 12 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Sweet fuzzy mango!

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Soft and tropical, fuzzy well known mango scent.

Holy fresh mango Batman!! It's great when you try a flavor for the first time, and the flavor is exactly what you've been looking for in that flavor! This is a fresh, ripe mango, slightly and naturally sweet, and I can even taste the fruit flesh at times too. This perfectly represents what a mango flavoring is supposed to taste like!

This will go great in your multi-fruit mixes, drink mixes, and it will especially shine in those "Tropical" type recipes. There's nothing more I can really say here, it's perfection, get your bottle now!

Recommended mix - @ 10-12 drops per 10ml for average strength (not overly strong & not weak flavored)

Overall Rating - 7.5/10

  • Melon - VPG. Power Smoke - 10 + 8 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - A bold, yet soft smelling watermelon combo, sweetish yellow melon possibly a mix of yellow watermelon and honeydew scents.

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, little softer in aroma strength

I'll start with... this is an absolutely fantastic flavor!!! I love watermelon flavors, and was excited when I read Inawera's description of this flavor, since it mentioned orange flesh melon and had a watermelon image. That to me means Orangeglo Watermelon, one of the best types of yellow/orange watermelons I've ever tasted. The Orangelo watermelon is very exotic compared to a regular watermelon, it's taste is often like a soft or sorbet blend of watermelon and mango, with faint hints of pear and papaya. The Inawera Melon flavor tastes exactly as it smells, a semi-sweet fresh and fruity melon/watermelon flavor, as in real fruit no candy here! And it very much reminds me of the Orangeglo watermelon, I taste light yellow/orange watermelon with a hint of pear and mango, and a faint note of honeydew, but that could be my mind playing tricks on me. I do love fresh yellow and orange watermelons, and this represents them perfectly to me!

Higher than avg throat hit on this one, very nice for those that need this! This would be a great stand alone, or a perfect mixer into a alcohol/drink mix (Cognac, Amaretto, Hypno, ect), great add-in into any mixed melon juice, and would also work great in many multi-fruit based eliquids. It's great at 10 drops per 10ml for a softer and refined vape while still being generously flavored, and 18-20 drops per 10ml for a bold and in your face melon party!

Overall Rating - 8.5/10 - Very nice!

  • Milk Chocolate - VPG. Power Smoke - Dosage 6-10 drops on 10ml liquid -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Sweet milk chocolate (not cocoa!), dairy milk notes, vanilla

E-liquid aroma in bottle - after an extended steep, milk chocolate is right there!

I started this one at started 5 drops per 5ml (Then 4x30min USC), 5 days later I added 7 drops due to no really detectable flavor at all. After a few days, now I can taste and smell now the milk chocolate coming out, but it's still very light. After 3 weeks I added 7 more drops for 6.25% total.

2 weeks after that and... my oh my, we have actual chocolate! It's not cocoa, not a fake chalk facsimile, no a dry and dusty mess, ohh no... this is actual creamy milk chocolate!!! The reviews were right, this one definitely needs a higher than suggested percentage (And then a long steep). Now it's tasting like a soft creamy light chocolate, reminds me of a light version of "Dove" type milk chocolates, very nice! My mind is filled with ideas for this one, can't wait to get started on a few!

For any fans of chocolate that have had a tough time finding the right one for you in the past, you must try this one as it really delivers! Now I need the other Inawera chocolates, after having tasted this one I'm sure their others are done properly as well!

Recommended starting ratio 5%, then at least 3 week steep or longer

Overall Rating - 7/10 - Little off for higher percentage needed before flavor is visible, and it does seem to toast / gunk up easier than most

Inawera (INW) Part 3

  • Mix Mint - VPG. Plus - 10 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Strong peppermint and menthol, possibly small amount of spearmint

E-liquid aroma in bottle - mainly peppermint

Surprisingly, for not usually being a menthol fan, I like, no almost love this flavor! I was a menthol smoker, but ever since starting vaping I can't really stomach any menthol juices, at all, they seem to make my feel queasy and light-headed within a few drags. Now, this isn't a menthol flavor so to speak, but I do detect a small amount mixed in there, and it surprised me that I was able to continue vaping it. The menthol is such a small amount, and being smothered in sweet peppermint made all my worries disappear.

So overall this is a sweet peppermint, mixed with fresh mint, and I believe there is a tiny amount of menthol and/or koolada in there as well. To me, it is kind of dry and could be a little sweeter, but I'm sure the sweetening part is just my personal preference, as it is already a little sweet. The dry factor that I mentioned may be the 70/30 nic used, since I'm used to using 50/50.

This would be great mixed w/ a cream or vanilla, or both, and surely it would be complemented nicely with a good chocolate too. This one is almost tied with Frost as my favorite out of the 4/5 mint type flavors covered in this review.

Strong flavoring, recommended starting ratio is 8-10 drops per 10ml, higher than that if you want to start out extreme

Overall Rating - 9.5/10 - I'm lovin' it!

  • Mocca - (Personal Nic Mix @ 50/50) - 5-10 drops per 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Soft cocoa, light coffee, sandalwood/leather (?), slight powdery aspect

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Oddly the cocoa seems bolder here than mentioned above, and the coffee aroma is more noticeable as well.

I mixed this at 4 drops per 5ml, then after tasting at the two week mark I added one more drop and waited another two weeks. Then it still seemed light to me, so I doubled the flavor adding 5 more drops and then tasted it again after 3 weeks. Both of those mix ratio's were on the lighter side to me, making me feel as if this flavoring has an overly light concentration compared to many other flavors from Inawera. That's not bad per-say, but it is something that's nice to know up front, and something to keep in mind when mixing with this flavor.

This is a nice light and creamy coffee/chocolate flavor. The chocolate/cocoa aspect doesn't taste fake or plastic-like, it's smooth and silky, and the coffee is perfectly blended in making this an extremely smooth vape. I'd recommend this to anyone that likes coffee vapes, while it may not stand alone as a coffee flavor for extreme coffee lovers, it would still be a great mixer to add into your existing coffee recipes, or create new chocolate/coffee type mixes starting with this as your base.

Recommended starting ratio 10-12 drops per 5ml (Will be light, but I'd still suggest everyone start there first)

Overall Rating - 7/10 - Good flavor, but it's a little too much on the light/soft side for a higher rating.

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Light vanilla, sweetness, faint peanut

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Faint peanut aroma

Initially mixed too light, no nut flavor at all. As initially mixed it tasted like air/plain nic to me, this was after a few weeks too, it definitely needed to have more flavoring added. (Added 4 drops, then 6 more waiting a week or so before re-tasting. Then added 6 more for a final 4% for these review thoughts. After increasing the flavoring drops added several times I can finally taste a light nutty shortbread cookie with light vanilla/maple, and possible hint of graham. I do not detect any tobacco, what I mainly taste is something resembling a shortbread cookie along with a indistinct nutty type note, possibly peanut and toasted almond. For my palette, I may need to mix this one a lot stronger than the suggested range before I reach what I would consider to be Inawera's intended experience based on their flavor description. All that aside, I really enjoy this flavor and it may be one of my new favorites once I find the proper stronger flavoring ratio that suits my taste-buds!

I suggest at least 4% starting point for this one! I have since mixed and tested a 6% and it's still weak for me, so this one might not work out for me as a stand alone flavor. Tiny amounts of AP do help but I'm thinking I may end up having to use this more as a base flavor adding several others to bring out a usable flavor.

Overall Rating - 6/10 - Disappointed here, flavor is good but never reaches the intensity I'd prefer

  • Raspberry - VPG. Power Smoke - 10 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Strong fresh real red raspberry fruit scent

E-liquid aroma in bottle - light red raspberry, surprisingly light aroma for the full taste it delivers (This aroma note taken after 4-5 week steep, I do think initially it's aroma was more noticeable)

This one packs a decent TH, even after many weeks of steeping! The flavor reminds me of raspberry slushies, it's not overly sweet or candied drink like in that respect, but just tasting this flavor reminds me of a slushie in general. I always loved the blue raspberry slushies! To me this is a true to fruit flavor, not candy type and it isn't overly sweetened either. It's flavor is deep, yet can be soft and subtle at the same time somehow.

I'm sure this will mix great with many fruits, creams, and chocolates, and may even also create a pretty decent raspberry tobacco if you matched it with just the right tobacco.

I recommend 8-10 drops per 10ml as a decent starting point to see where you need to go next in your recipe.

Overall Rating - 8.5/10

  • Strawberry - VPG. Power Smoke - 10 + 2 + 3 + 5 = 20 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Slightly sweet, fresh strawberry, with a hint of "Ripe"

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Slightly sweetened, fresh and realistic strawberry

Ah the smell of sweet strawberries! This is a very smooth semi-sweetened fresh tasting strawberry, and I believe I detect a tiny a hint of cream too! To me the flavor is a mixture of strawberry candy and real fruit taste. Flavor is a little on the "lighter" side though, so users that want strong flavor may want to use 12-15+ drops per 10ml. It's great by itself, and it also mixes very nicely with wild strawberry too. I'm sure this would mix smoothly with other fruit flavors as well. I think it would be decadent with a cream like sweet cream or whipped cream, and would party down with chocolates too I'm sure. Liquid does not turn yellow with age as some strawberry flavors do, it remains crystal clear at 10 drops per 10ml. I have many mixing plans with this one, as soon as I'm done testing all these single flavor mixes for review. If you adore strawberry flavors then I'm sure you'll enjoy this one, and if you are a huge strawberry fan then don't forget to also add the wild strawberry to your cart too!

Suggested mix 10-20 drops per 10ml, depending on how strong you generally prefer flavors

Overall Rating - 8/10

  • Two Apples - (Personal Nic Mix @ 50/50) - 4 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Tart green apple, slight red apple sweetness (No candy or sour aspect to me)

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Sweet apples, light

This tastes of sweet fresh fruit apples, slightly tart, no candy here! I can taste both a red or yellow regular apple, and hints of green apple in there as well. All fresh fruit, not overly sweetened or fake candy type flavors. For an apple only mix, or one where you want the apple to be up front, I would recommend a higher percentage than mentioned here, because after it's steeped a month or so it seems very weak, so I'm sure I mixed this one far to lightly.

Recommended starting ratio 5-7 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 7/10 - Good flavor, but light

Inawera (INW) Part 4

  • Vanilla - VPG. Power Smoke - 5 + 3 + 5 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Creamy sweet vanilla, soft icing aspect

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Like vanilla ice cream, slightly darker aroma than most would expect since I mixed fairly strong

Initially this was dry and bland to me, but to be honest ALL vanilla's I've ever tried taste very similar to me (Varying levels of this description). Sometimes sweetener makes that more vapeable, but even Vanilla Ice Cream flavoring tastes this way to me, so I think my taste buds/nose or brain just have an issue with vanilla vapor. I will say this does NOT taste like some of the brown dirt water pre-mixed vanilla's I've tried, so it isn't terrible in any way, I just can't properly taste it. However, due to it not fitting into that super terrible category, I'd say this would probably be great for a lot of people that can properly taste vanilla vapor. The flavoring itself smells and tastes like a vanilla to me, and a good creamy one at that, it's too bad for me that vanilla never translates into a flavored vapor cloud. After one month I added 3 drops to my initial mix, of 5 drops per 5ml, just to be sure it wasn't too lightly mixed as well, 2 weeks later that was still no real help for the flavor.

Scratch all of the above, well for the most part anyway I can finally taste creamy vanilla now, almost ice cream like too, thanks Inawera!! I added 5 more drops of flavor and let it sit another week or two, and now it finally has a creamy vanilla taste and smell when the vapor is exhaled through my nose. So it's very possible that all of my above mentioned frustration with many vanillas has simple been due to me mixing them too lightly, or vendors pre-mixed done too lightly for my taste buds. I'm so glad I decided to add more, or I would have kept on thinking I hate vanilla vapes, and kept passing on vanilla flavors thinking I'd never be able to taste the properly.

Now I need to try some other advanced vanillas at higher percentages. Thanks Inawera Wanilla for finally waking up my taste buds to vanilla flavor!

Recommended starting ratio, for most 5-8 drops per 5ml is probably a great starting point. For those like me who have a tough time tasting vanilla's, I'd start at 12-14 drops per 5ml, then steep at least 3-4 weeks.

Overall Rating - 8/10

  • Walnut - VPG. Plus - 4 + 4 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Brown water maybe? Slight walnut aspect, but it doesn't seem right to me somehow

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Slightly more like a walnut aroma after a super extended steep (5-7 weeks)

My initial mix of this tasted like air/plain nic to me, even after a few weeks steeping, pre-steep tasted very harsh w/ light walnut aspects. After 4 weeks I added 4 more drops, and then waited again, still nothing, and once more

I guess my tongue, nose, and brain isn't going to let me taste this flavor?! Started light %, then added a little more, then a little more again and I still get nothing. I do not taste walnut, more like dry plain nic with a hint of cardboard possibly. I'm sure this is just me, I see plenty of others review and use this with great success, I'm really disappointed here too because I love walnuts regular and black (hoping Inawera will offer black walnut soon).

Don't be discouraged by my review, as I mentioned I'm sure this is probably a personal issue and only how my taste buds reacts to this flavor!

Recommended starting point 8-10 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 1/10

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Very citric and tart, slight tannic quality, aroma of grapefruit instantly recognizable

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, little lighter

Very citric, bright and tart right after mixing, and has amazingly true to fruit flavor. After steeping the tartness does smooth over some, but nothing I'd consider a fade or loss, ect. The flavor is tart and slightly sour, with a little sweetness to it. The overall flavor is an exact flavor match to a regular white/yellow (not pink) grapefruit, tasting like you squeezed it directly out of the fruit and into your tank!

This would be a great mixer for any drink style mix you wanted to tart up, and would also work great to add some zing to any citrus type fruit mix. Add some menthol and/or lime or orange/tangerine with this and you'll have a great palette cleanser or use when you run into stubborn taste buds to awaken them back to life!

Recommended mix ratio, 10 drops per 10ml is a good starting point

Overall Rating - 8/10

Inawera (INW) Part 5

  • Cuban Cigar ….9 drops in 10ml 50/50 nic base. Proper cigar taste….Not too overpowering at this concentration. A real nice mellow vape. Would possibly be ok as a standalone flavour for cigar lovers who could tweak to their own personal taste.

  • Virginia ….9 drops in 10ml 50/50 nic base . I found this a little weak at this concentration, but could still taste sweet tobacco . It’s almost honey sweet, which would make an excellent base for adding to fruits and desert type.

  • Oriental .... 9 drops in10ml 50/50 nic base. Lovely woody spiced notes and earthy tobacco after taste. Would quite happily vape this regularly….Excellent…Ideal for mixing with other tobaccos.

  • Garuda …. 9 drops in 10ml50/50 nic base. A very dry type of vape. Couldn’t actually taste much …. Need more time with this one.

  • Dark Tobacco…..9 drops in 10ml 50/50 nic base. Lovely rich full tobacco flavour….hints of coffee and whiskey there too. Tastes like Old Holborn but stronger. Ideal for mixing with other tobaccos…………Been switching between this and the Oriental all day…Feel like I’ve had a good smoke!

  • Am4A….18 drops/2% in 9.8ml 50/50 nic base . I didn’t remix this flavour as It tasted really good as it was…There’s a lot going on in this flavour…chocolate, caramel, fruit, pipe tobacco. Very complex and moreish . Lovely vape.

Inawera (INW) Part 6

  • 7 Leaves - VPG. Power Smoke - 6 + 2 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Slight sweetness, spicy, light perfumed aspect, rum

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same notes mentioned above

To me, this is not really reminiscent of tobacco in any way, the aroma or vapor flavor. When vaped I mainly taste the spicy rum notes I mentioned, with a little citrus in there that I can't really describe. I can see how this would be a great mixer for tobacco recipes though, so I now understand why many love and swear by the 7 Leaves! As a tobacco additive this would create a spiced type tobacco mix, I can easily see it enhancing either pipe or cigarette style tobacco mixes.

Some may enjoy this flavor by itself, and I think many do, but I feel this is probably best used as a secondary in a well rounded tobacco mix. Mixes well with Mild Black & DK 555 TFA, Cavendish, Honey, Am4a

Recommended starting ratio 6-8 drops per 10ml

Overall Rating - 8/10

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Dark & mysterious pipe tobacco, fruity, cocoa, caramel, wine

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as mentioned above, more tobacco noted now though

Am4a is slightly sweet and oh so smooth! Upon the first few vapes I detect a darker pipe style tobacco, with faint hints of chocolate or cocoa, roasted coffee bean, vanilla. As the vapor extends I believe I detect possible hints of caramel, rum, and maybe even a raisin back there too. The longer I vape it all the flavors all blend into a smooth and almost creamy dark pipe vape, with the vanilla and coffee/caramel intertwining into one in the background, leaving a lingering lighter note of chocolate/cocoa as the tobacco shines through it all.

For me, this mixes nicely with Cavendish. Highly recommended for tobacco fans! Suggested starting ratio 4-6 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 9/10

  • Apple - VPG. Plus - 10 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Red apple, slight cider like quality

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Sweet red apple

Soft and lightly sweetened, very delicate and precise in it's flavoring, and nails the apple flavor perfectly. This is true to fruit flavor, and I can actually feel/taste the apple flesh in my mouth and it happens often!! The flavor on this one did "soften" up quite a bit as it steeped, so I would probably recommend mixing higher than my initial mix percent to keep the flavor bold if you are going for an apply only liquid.

Suggested starting ratio 12-15 drops on 10ml unless you are vaping it immediately

Overall Rating - 7.5/10

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Light, sweet, ripe wild cherry

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above

Sweet and light cherry juice, aptly named! Tastes like drinking freshly squeezed cherry juices. This is sweet and juicy young cherries flavor, tastes like real fruit and while naturally sweet it's not overly done. Adding a sweetener for most will probably be unnecessary. This would make a great addition to your favorite alcohol or beverage style mix, may also even be a great back-note for some bakery liquids.

Overall Rating - 7.5/10

Flavoring aroma in bottle - light, delicate and realistic mint (Plant type, non-candy/sweet)

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, but very faint

This one seems very weak to me, considering the reviews and Inawera suggested amounts. Maybe due to the EM in this VPG for this round?. I taste a light mint, not candy type mint, this is actual real herb type mint that you would find growing in the wild or in your herb garden. It would be great with Inawera cucumber (Waiting for them to offer hint hint). To me, the initial tester I mixed is too light on flavoring, or over-flavored into no flavor? To verify that I remixed this one, adding more to the initial bottle and mixed another with less flavor. I ended up at 12 drops per 10ml before I could really even taste it, and there it was a very nice easily noticeable mint. The remix bottle with less flavoring than I began with was too light to really taste at all, so my initial mixer was not over-flavored. All of my above mentioned thoughts still apply, this is a very nice natural mint, but for me the suggested flavoring percentages were very weak.

I would suggest at least 10-12 (or more) drops per 10ml

Overall Rating - 5.5/10 - Would like to have this one stronger, it's not very concentrated

  • Frost - VPG. Plus - 5 drops on 10ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Bright spearmint and peppermint, lightly sweetened

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, this is a bold flavoring! It's a shame that all flavorings aren't this strong!

Very similar to the popular Spearmint gum, sweet, crisp flavor and very nice clean smooth mint! This one was semi-cloudy (Very light) when initially mixed, probably due to the VPG/DW combo used. It stays "Frosty" looking for a bit, then clears and eventually turns to light pink tinted. I later learned this semi-cloudy effect only happens with the Inawera bases, likely due to the 10% water, didn't happen with two 50/50 mixes I made myself.

I really enjoy this flavor, although to me at times it seems a little dry and maybe a little sweetening could help with that and the overall flavor, but the desire for it to be sweeter is probably just my taste preferences jumping onto the page and may even be caused by the 70/30 vs my usual 50/50. The dry to me aspect may also be due to the 70/30 nic used in this test. I made a few mixes later using 50/50 and those were not as dry to me, I did raise the percentage for those batches too and they were also sweeter. Not sure if 50/50 is what took away the dryness for me, or just the added sweetness of the VG, or the overall flavor increase along with the higher VG added more moistness and sweetness? I'll need to test more on that to be sure.

I think this might be great w/ a cream or vanilla, or even a vanilla ice cream, and I'm sure it would work with a good chocolate or cocoa too. I do know it plays well with menthol. This is a strong flavor, and it really shines on higher PG ratios! Steeping is not really required for this one, but it does get better as it ages, once it turns pink in a week or two is where it's at it's best but it's great right after mixing as well.

I recommend 1% (best) for a bold smooth flavor, and 2% for a sweeter variant, increasing flavoring from 1% to 2% didn't seem to increase the minty aspect two-fold as I expected, it's very similar to the 1% only sweeter so I think this is probably the sweet spot for Frost @ 1-2%. Distilled Water (DW) also really helps this one shine, I've tested a few batches without and then with and it's much better with 5-9% DW! A little Ethyl Maltol (EM) also enhances this one, I've also tested this with and without, and I'm not a fan of EM at all so I was hesitant and surprised. If you test I suggest 0.5-1% EM maximum.

Overall Rating - 10/10 - Best In Show - Absolutely perfect!

  • Fruit Mix - VPG. Power Smoke - 5 + 3 drops on 5ml -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Sweet and tarty mix of indistinguishable fruit aromas

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, fruity yet indistinguishable

VERY flavorful right after mixing, bright bold fruits, and I actually prefer this one best pre-steeped. After steeping this melds into a very smooth fruity vape, making it hard to pull out individual flavor notes. This is the sign of a very well crafted flavoring, all the flavor notes compliment each other into one smooth indistinguishably fruity and delicious cloud of vapor. When freshly mixed I could separately taste many tropical fruits at different times, possibly including apple, banana, peach, strawberry, and maybe even a little papaya, kiwi, and pineapple.

I do not detect any of the flavors like chocolate or Cavendish tobacco mentioned in Inawerashop's current description (I believe this needs corrected). Once I thought maybe I could taste and smell a faint hint of Cavendish, but after many more vapes and a few freshly mixed retests, I'm sure that is all in my head due to reading the flavor description.

This is a must have for any fruit lover! Recommended starting ratio 6-8 drops on 5ml

Inawera (INW) Part 7

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Strange sweetness, fortune cookie smell, light tobacco

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, less sweetness but more cookie aroma

I'm not a fan of this one at all, probably mainly due to me not being a tobacco vaper. This is a mild sweet tobacco flavor, smooth and oddly different than any other tobacco I've tried, probably due to the oriental cookie aspect. To me, the cookie sweetness of it almost tastes powder like (As in talcum, but very light in that regard - probably just my taste buds on this). Due to the light airiness, and general sweeter notes, this may be a good candidate for mixing towards a fruit/tobacco mix.

Recommended starting ratio 4 drops per 5ml

Overall Rating - 3.5/10 - This is decently flavored, it's just an odd tobacco taste to me.

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Clove, cinnamon, possibly small amount of cherry, and finally hints of dust (maybe the sandalwood I'm thinking I detect?)

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Lighter version of above mentioned notes

I mainly taste clove and a hint of the orient cookie I taste in M.i.l.D. Tobacco, there is also a light tobacco in the background too. I do also detect a hint of Anise in the background, but it's faint and light to me, along with possible hints of cinnamon and/or cardamom, there may even be a tinge of sandalwood as well. This is not my style of vape, so I can't describe the flavor much more than that, nor would I be able to mix it stronger to further test.

Suggested mix, start at 5 drops per 5ml. Fans of clove vapes may find this a refreshing change-up for when their taste-buds need a rest.

Overall Rating - 3.5/10 - Same as above, not an enjoyable tobacco flavor to me

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Cinnamon Gum (Big Red), faint hint of butter way in the background

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Same as above, maybe some root beer too, with a faint hint of vanilla

I increased this one to 7 drops after a month, taste was far too light on 5 drops per 5. Oddly enough, the aroma of mixed eliquid smells like cinnamon and root beer, and it kind of tastes like root beer at first to me as well Vape tastes great, like a warm spiced cookie. Almost reminds me of a snickerdoodle, or cinnamon sugar cookie, it's too bad bakery cinnamon wasn't used, if it has been then this may have been a top favorite of mine. I'd prefer more cookie to show up, even with a higher flavor percent that didn't happen. For me, the cinnamon in this taste like red hot / candy type, not bakery cinnamon as you'd expect. This is a major disappointment, as you'd expect a bakery type cinnamon from a cookie flavor!

Overall Rating - 5/10 - Decent taste, but to me incorrect type of cinnamon is used so it's off putting.

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Wild green forest type notes, slight mustiness, strawberry

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Strawberry and that wild green note, slight hint of sweetness in aroma

This is soooooooo good!!! Initial mix @ 4 drops per 5ml. Upon cheating and tasting the next day, I tasted a bright strawberry flavor, with a fresh green foresty type note, it reminded me of walking into a hidden wild strawberry patch = spot on fresh wild strawberry captured! After 2 weeks steeping, it's great, still smells and tastes wild too! There is a slight creaminess that creeps in after steeping and it's definitely smoother now too, steeping also toned down the wild leafy green note a little bit but not fully.

This mixes perfectly with whipped cream (FW), and I can tell it will also be a great addition to any other strawberry based mix, as the main note or a light background note. I let a batch steep for a month+ and it was simply divine, but I did notice a problem with that batch... shortly after cracking the bottle open it quickly disappeared!

Highly recommended!!! Suggested starting ratio, 10-15 drops per 10ml (Then steep at least 1-2 weeks).

Overall Rating - 9/10 - This is such an interesting and unique flavor, very enjoyable and highly recommended for all strawberry fans!

  • Smoke & Prunes - (Personal Nic Mix @ 50/50) - 4 drops on 10ml, cut to 2 drops -

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Wet ashes, slight prune note in the background

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Mustiness and ashes only

VERY "Ashy" w/ musty back-tones at 4 drops per 10ml. This flavoring is deep and thick, way too much for me as a non-tobacco fan! I cut that right to 2 drops per 10ml after sitting for a few weeks! I do not detect any prunes, but that may be due to the ash covering that flavor note to me, or possibly that is the musty note I'm detecting? This is a liquid cigarette for any new vapers still looking to fix that analog craving, and I'm sure it's flavor would impress any veteran tobacco fans as well! I can't believe how much this tastes like a cigarette, it leaves me speechless, that's the only way I can describe the flavor. I could even see how this one might cause someone to backslide!

I'd suggest 2 drops per 10ml for a "light" cigarette, and 4-5 drops per 10ml for a strong "Full Flavored" cigarette. This would also make a great "Add-in" flavor for adding an "Ashy" touch to any eliquid, or as a starting base flavor for anyone crafting an advanced cigarette style vape.

Overall Rating - 8/10 - I didn't enjoy this, but it gets a high rating for it's intense concentration and overall flavor, and I know it could help many new vapors that still need a cigarette taste

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Bold musky aspect, spicy tobacco, slight cedar

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Light version of the above mentioned, no cedar detected in mixtures aroma

Young, yet bold and "musky" type flavor for me, leaving a aromatic pipe tobacco scent in the air as well. The flavor to me is a light pipe tobacco, slightly acidic and faintly sweet (very faint). Aside from that I do not taste any additives like fruits, nuts, chocolates, ect., so I would say that it would make a great unadulterated pipe style tobacco flavor to use as a building base for any multi-flavored tobacco eliquid. For me, this mixes nicely with Am4A, Honey, Mild Black (TFA)

Recommended starting ratio 4-6 drops per 5ml, surprisingly that little amount gives decent flavor!

Overall Rating - 8.5/10

Inawera (INW) Part 8

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Wet ashes

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Nothing, faint nicotine smell only

Not being a tobacco liquid user, and having already experienced Smoke & Prunes, I decided to tread lightly on this one so I wouldn't end up over-flavoring it from the beginning. I do get the same similar "Ashy" aspect in this as I taste in Smoke & prunes, but no where near as strong, so I think I mixed wisely as this is meant to be a flavor for "Dirty Neutral Base" without creating it's own overpowering flavor (Unless you want that, in which case I'm sure it can deliver).

For the 2 drops on 5ml, I taste a light "Ashy" aspect, and then possibly an even lighter tobacco hint. So I would say 2-3 drops per 5ml is perfect for adding a light "Dirtiness" to any tobacco flavored liquid, more if you want a stronger "Ash" note. For creating a general Nic/PG/VG base with this, intending to use it for tobacco liquids, I would recommend the tested amount of 2 drops per 5ml or 4 per 10ml ratio because you don't want your "Base" to be too strongly flavored, if you did want it stronger I'd still suggest that for the base and then add some drops of this flavoring later as you mix out each bottle, that way you will be able to easily control and customize the "Ashy" aspect that this flavor brings.

This flavoring does require a steep to bring out the "Ashy" note, at least 5 days to a week, preferably two weeks before it really comes out! If you do not steep, the "Ash" note is simply non-existent, don't say we didn't warn you (@ non-steep believers)!

Suggested usage 4-5 drops per 10ml for light ash, stronger untested but I'd guess 6-10 drops per 10ml would bring plenty of ash to the party!

Overall Rating - 8/10 - Here's your ashes, please enjoy!

Flavoring aroma in bottle - Dry, plain tobacco, slight nutty aspect

E-liquid aroma in bottle - Lighter version of the above

Aroma smells familiar to me, kind of nutty w/ a hint of tobacco. Vapes dry with a light almond/walnut/peanut "nutty" aspect in the background, there is a slight saltiness as well, and after a long steep it provides a strong TH. This is not as "nutty" as I was hoping for, and it has more of a cigarette style tobacco flavor than I was looking for as well. I'm not a big fan of tobaccos so I'm probably not the best one to judge this one, it's decent to me though so that in itself says a lot. Mixes decently with Nutty Princess for a more rounded "Nutty" tobacco!

I only tested this flavor on my hunt for a dark heavy pipe like tobacco (Non cig-like tobacco flavor, no ash) to use as a starting base to attempt to create a replacement juice for a friend (Similar to Halo's Capt. Jack or Midnight Apple). Still looking, so if you are reading this PM me if you know, thanks!

Recommended starting ratio 5-6 drops per 10ml

Overall Rating - 6/10 - On the fence about this one, it's an OK flavor, but not nearly as nutty as I expected, and it's a little on the lighter side of tobacco's, so overall I'd call it average.

  • Cactus - Holy hell is this a juicy flavor. At a 5% mix you can all but feel it dripping down your chin. It is very sweet, but not overpoweringly so. Not a saccharine sweet, nor anything like ethyl maltol. It also finishes with a slightly darker, greener note. Not too far off from how aloe smells, but it isn't strong.

As for how I'm planning on using it? Citrus, definitely. This + fa orange? Pretty sure that is going to be one delectable orange. Have a kiwi and cactus + berry mix stepping as I speak. I can also see it doing quite well with banana, peach, apricot and melons. I'll try it with strawberry, black berry and raspberry, but not sure how well it will play with those three. - Courtesy of /u/TheSlovak

The Flavor Apprentice aka The Perfumers Apprentice (TFA/TPA) Part 2

  • Apple 8/10 - 6% and up. A very cider-like apple. Extremely blend-able, but I found out the hard way that Apple Root Beer doesn't work all too well.
  • Banana Ripe 10/10 1 drop per 10 ml and up! This flavor will give you the banana runt vibe- but it is hard on plastics! We use around 5 drops per 10 ml on blends that we think need a banana blast.
  • Banana Cream 10/10 8% and up! If you like creamy banana flavors, get a huge bottle of this stuff- trust me!
  • Banana Nut Bread 7/10 - 6% and up. As a stand-alone, not my favorite, but damnit, it mixes like a dream with other savory/nutty flavors!
  • Berry Crunch 8/10 - 7% and up. This flavor is pretty damn good, but we prefer to mix it with berries and milk, because the flavor is a little corn/chip heavy by itself. People love this flavor- check it out!
  • Blueberry Wild 10/10 - 8% and up. This flavor is awesomely sweet, without being offensive in any way.
  • Blackberry 6.5/10 3% and up. I debated wether I should add this flavor or not, but I decided to go for it. Many people like this flavor- some people don't! The flavor of Blackberry is strong and distinct- try a small bottle. I have not successfully mixed this flavor with others, as it is so damn strong. Give it a shot- I feel like I just haven't unlocked the potential. I have noticed a couple of name-brand e liquids that use this flavor.
  • Caramel Cappucino 8/10 1 drop per 10 ml and up! So, this flavor is VERY potent. Get a small bottle- it is likely all you will ever need. A drop or two of this flavoring adds a great coffe punch. If you get the bottle, and it is too strong for you, leave the cap off for a week or so to let it mellow out.
  • Chai Tea 6.5/10 2% and up! I wanted to include this flavor not because I enjoy it, but because it adds a nice spice to your blends. Think of a clove-like taste, and you have TFA's chai tea. Only drawback is that I have found it gets kind of rowdy at higher temperatures, so it loses a point.
  • Citrus Punch 8/10 - 8% and up. Tastes and smells like a knock-off Mt. Dew. For my money, it isn't dead on to the original Dew, but it comes damn close. Very hard to mix with this flavor (my .02)- best used alone!
  • Cola Cherry 7.5/10 10% and up! This flavor is reminiscent of a cherry coke- but it is more of a knock-off flavor than the real deal. Still, this makes a nice and sweet cherry vape. The taste on this is distinctive, and I do not think it would mix well with other flavors. By itself- not bad!
  • Cranberry 7.5/10 1% and up. This flavor is VERY strong. We use(d) this in Phoenix Down, and people often mistook the flavor for apple when we added the other ingredients to the blend. If you are intrigued, try a small bottle. On a side note, someone told me once that Phoenix Down cracked their Kayfun. I can't confirm this since they didn't contact me when I messaged them back, but be aware that this MAY be hard on/crack plastics.
  • Double Chocolate Clear 8/10 10% and up. While not exactly clear, this is the clearest chocolate I have found- and it tastes pretty good to boot! The flavor reminds me of tootsie rolls. I have blended this with tangerine and mandarin orange to make a nice chocolate covered orange. If you are looking for a good chocolate flavor, just grab this one.
  • Energy Drink 6.5/10 10% and up! This flavor reminds us of a generic store-bought energy drink. It isn't bad (especially with menthol), but I have found that the flavor decays as you vape it, so it loses a point. This flavor is blendable, so mess around with it, and I think you might find some use for it's flavor profile!
  • Grape Candy 7.5/10 8% and up. Tastes a little bit like a candy-grape flavor, like jolly ranchers. Good to mix with, and a good alternative to Grape Juice (which is also good, but more of a welch's flavor).
  • Gummy Candy 7.5/10 1% and up. Start at a low % with this flavor. Adds a nice gummy profile to your blends- try it with fruit flavors!
  • Hazelnut 10/10 3 drops per 10 ml, up to 1.5%. A GREAT flavoring that everyone who enjoys a nutty profile will enjoy. Does not necessarily taste like actual filberts- but it is creamy and awesome. Contains acetoin.
  • Jamaican Rum 8/10 6% and up (if I remember correctly). I haven't used this in a while, but rest assured- this is a SUPERB booze flavoring. As a warning, this probably shouldn't be vaped while driving- I could see a traffic officer being VERY suspicious of that rum smell that you are drenched in :)
  • Peach Juicy 9/10 8% and up. A nice peach flavor that reminds of of the little peach gummy rings. This peach mixes well, and at 10% is a solid stand-alone flavor.
  • Pear 7.5/10 6% and up. Not sure how to describe this pear flavor other than "savory". Not quite as bright and fruity as one might expect, and lends itself well to savory blends. We use this in Teddy Pear (mixed with Apple)!
  • Peanut Butter 9/10 5 drops per 10 ml and up. A dead-on peanut flavor that has nice and creamy notes. Not quite as creamy as a true peanut butter, but damn close. Contains acetoin.
  • Pistachio 10/10 8% and up. So, this was a pleasant surprise. I expected something nutty, but it really tastes like that glorius green pistachio pudding. I personally love it, and I have a feeling you will, too.
  • Plum 7/10 10% and up. I haven't used plum in a LONG time, so I could be off with the %s, but that is what I remember using it at. It may have been up to 15%. Anyhow, this flavor tastes dead-on like Dr. Pepper. There is a slight aftertaste present, so we quit using it- but I could see people getting into it.Try blending it with other flavors to help with the after-taste
  • Pomegranate 8.5/10 6% and up. This flavor is distinct, and pretty tasty. I might bust this one back out and create a blend with it- we had some success mixing this flavor with Whipped Cream flavoring. On a side note, I have never dripped this flavor, so I have no idea how it performs under high heat conditions.
  • Jackfruit - 9/10 (15%) Wow, TFA nailed it on the head with this one. Unfortunately the description on their website is a bit misleading. This is the best representation of jackfruit I have tried (only other I had tried was FlavorWest though). Never seen another jackfruit. For those that don't know here are more details on jackfruit. This is NOT the 'juicy gum' flavor that TFA hints at on their website, however, it is a true representation of a tropical jackfruit. It's a very smooth blend predominately pineapple and mango with a noticeable banana but has a nice background hint of a fuij style apple. Not overly sweet but not sour, bitter or tart either. Just the right combination of sweetness and true taste. Some citric or malic acid would help this to pop a bit more and likely add that sour note that some might prefer with this flavor. I tried it standalone @ 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. The flavor remained consistent throughout, I wish this flavor was a bit stronger overall, but at 15% standalone, it makes an excellent tropical fruit vape. I'd recommend starting at 15% and if you need it stronger increase it and see what happens. 20% the flavor started to change just a tiny bit on me but still very very good. As far as mixing goes, I see this being an excellent complement to other darker fruits such as blueberry, pomegranate, strawberry or to add a complex note to blends that are primarily mango or pineapple. Could also work well with other banana vapes. Not sure that it would work well in dessert flavors but those aren't my specialty anyways. Going to play around with some combinations of this as I feel it definitely has the potential to be a key ingredient in a new juice for my signature line. Courtesy /u/Botboy141

The Flavor Apprentice aka The Perfumers Apprentice (TFA/TPA) Part 3

  • Raisin ??/10 4% and up? This one is new to me, but it has a lot of potential. There is a rubber-like note that is present in higher levels (same with gummy flavoring), but at lower percentages, it was pretty awesome. Not a bad flavor for the curious DIYer- but very hard to describe the flavor. Check out a small bottle of it.
  • RY4 Asian 10/10 8% and up. A wonderful Tobacco vape. This is a honey tobacco flavor that is just pure awesome. If you are looking for a honey tobacco base, use this instead of Black Honey.
  • Strawberry 8/10 5% and up. This is a distinctive, candy-like strawberry. This does NOT mix well with savory items, such as cheesecake, waffles, cream, etc. Use this with Watermelon, or other sweet fruits to make a nice candy vape.
  • Strawberry Ripe 11/10 8% and up. The godfather of them all! This is the strawberry to use when DIYing. Expect a fresh and savory strawberry- very true to the real deal. Buy a bottle and thank me later.
  • Sweet Tart Type 8/10 6% and up. This flavor is pretty spot-on to the candies the blend is named after. Expect a sweet and tangy candy flavor. Vapes well, and mixes well.
  • Sweet Cream 10/10 no more than 3%! So, this flavor is awesome. It is easy to take a whiff of it and give it a big 'ol NOPE, but it is very effective at adding a cream flavor to your blends. Try it out. Contains acetoin.
  • Vanilla Swirl 8/10 3% and up for mixing. We use this flavor a lot, since it is the only vanilla we have found that does not contain acetoin. While on it's own, it may lack a distinct profile, this is a great flavor to blend with pretty much anything. If you are looking for a light and fluffy "lift", try adding a little Vanilla Swirl.
  • Waffle 9/10 7% and up. Very buttery and savory. This flavor is awesome, and everyone likes it. Downside- it contains trace amounts of acetoin (just found that out this morning). Can't seem to stop vaping waffles! Try mixing it with cinnamon blends (danish, horchata, etc), vanilla, and Bavarian cream- instant awesome. Also works well with fruit ('Nana, Strawberry, Blueberry, etc).
  • Watermelon 10/10 8% and up. I am sure this is a familiar flavor to most of you. To everyone else- just get it! This is a sweet and juicy watermelon, and it mixes well.
  • Coconut Extra is a stronger coconut, little less sweet. Nice for bakery compounding and (in very very low percentages) rounding dairy flavors. Can get plastic-y at high solutions. - Courtesy of /u/muranternet
  • Tiramisu smells like burning tires out of the bottle and is super concentrated. 1-2%. I mixed a tasting vial when I first got it and didn't dare to taste it for a while because it smelled so awful. After a couple of weeks it opens up and becomes amazing and complex. Not as sweet as you'd expect so you may need to add sweetener but it's got very good coffee, bakery, and (bittersweet) chocolate notes. - Courtesy of /u/muranternet
  • Vanilla Custard is better than people think it is. More concentrated than Capella (V1). After curing for a few weeks the chemical notes smooth out and it becomes creamy and buttery. Contains acetoin and acetyl propionyl like most custard food flavorings. - Courtesy of /u/muranternet
  • Vanilla Bean Gelato is a butyric acid custard replacement, although it's advertised as a vanilla bean ice cream replacement. Chemical characteristics steep out in 1-2 weeks. Buttery, kind of a single-note custard. No alpha diketones. Plays well at low percentages or as a complementary note to the diketone-based custards like TFA or Capella V1, - Courtesy of /u/muranternet
  • Acetyl Pyrazine in low percentages brings out some nutty/bready notes. At higher concentrations it makes everything taste and smell like Fritos. - Courtesy of /u/muranternet
  • Horehound is very close to the actual herbal extract like old-timey candy drops. Earthy licorice-type flavor with a hint of bitters. - Courtesy of /u/muranternet
  • Key Lime - This is a strong flavor, I use it at 1-4%. This is a true key lime, its not too sweet, slightly tart. Makes an amazing key lime pie and can be a great addition to fruit flavors as well. FW has a key lime that reminds me of crayons and lime zest, this version is much better. - Courtesy of /u/Vapequeen214
  • Malted Milk - Very potent flavor, I never use it over 2%. So far I have had awesome luck with this flavor. I use it as a milk base for cereals, milkshakes, and even custard blends. Its very dynamic and can add that extra creaminess that some mixes lack, I find that malted milk and dairy from TFA make a even better milk base when combined. - Courtesy of /u/Vapequeen214
  • Kentucky Bourbon - This smells and tastes just like Kentucky bourbon, I'm not a fan of drinking alcohol, but it can definitely add something special to any blend. This is another strong flavor, I haven't used it over 2%. So far I've made a jack&coke that's spot on, and a castle long reserve clone that I ended up like much better than the real version. This goes great with tobaccos, custards, and desserts. Its the only alcoholic flavor I have found multiple uses for. - Courtesy of /u/Vapequeen214
  • Dulce de Leche - Awesome flavor, it can help round out dessert blends that are lacking depth. Its slightly sweet and milky on the inhale, and the exhale is similar to a light graham cracker flavor. Makes an amazing custard, and can add a slight bakery note to dessert flavors or coffees. I've only tried FW's version once before, but from what I can remember, TFA's version is much better. I use this flavor at anywhere from 2% as a accent flavor, to 8% as more of a base flavor. - Courtesy of /u/Vapequeen214
  • Pumpkin - authentic pumpkin taste. 9% was way to strong to me and added an off note but at lower amounts it seems very spot on. No spice to this just pure raw pumpkin. Great start to a pie with some holiday spice and some pumpkin pie spice. Courtesy of /u/danykitten.

Some TFA notes:

I like TFA quite a bit. Two big things about TFA in my limited experience are (1) their percentages vary wildly, from 0.5% to 15% optimal, and (2) they tend to be single-note flavors (with some exceptions), so they lend themselves well to flavor compounding as opposed to single-flavor mixes. You really have to like tweaking to use them, but they're good and very cheap, especially in bulk sizes.

Coconut Extra is a stronger coconut, little less sweet. Nice for bakery compounding and (in very very low percentages) rounding dairy flavors. Can get plastic-y at high solutions.

Tiramisu smells like burning tires out of the bottle and is super concentrated.

Vanilla Custard is better than people think it is. More concentrated than Capella (V1). After curing for a few weeks the chemical notes smooth out and it becomes creamy and buttery. Contains acetoin and acetyl propionyl like most custard food flavorings.

Vanilla Bean Gelato is a butyric acid custard replacement, although it's advertised as a vanilla bean ice cream replacement. Chemical characteristics steep out in 1-2 weeks. Buttery, kind of a single-note custard. No alpha diketones. Plays well at low percentages or as a complementary note to the diketone-based custards like TFA or Capella V1,

Acetyl Pyrazine in low percentages brings out some nutty/bready notes. At higher concentrations it makes everything taste and smell like Fritos.

Horehound is very close to the actual herbal extract like old-timey candy drops. Earthy licorice-type flavor with a hint of bitters.

DIYFlavorShack (DFS)

  • Donut - not really a donut. This is more like a vanilla with a slight bakery taste. Not strong enough to call cake but a baked vanilla. Pretty light flavor even up to 20%. Courtesy of /u/danykitten
  • Nilly Bean Ice Cream - not ice cream but a cool vanilla. Not the best standalone but pretty useful in mixing. Nothing extraordinary though so if you have another vanilla bean then no need for this one. Courtesy of /u/danykitten
  • Cinnamon Roll - this is a sweet cinnamon but it has like a raw dough taste. Almost like a chapstick flavor. Mixing might be good but it was too raw for me. Courtesy of /u/danykitten
  • Pumpkin - more like pumpkin spice. Great spice notes of cinnamon, clove, maybe nutmeg but leaves a hole where the pumpkin should be. Courtesy of /u/danykitten

German Flavors (GER) - Part 1

HONEY RED APPLE 7% - I figured this would be a honeycrisp type apple flavor. I definitely get that sweet, honey apple taste. It is pretty nice. Very crisp, but fairly dry. Some of the Sweetener (we'll take about this stuff at the end) definitely improves this. I'd recommend it if you're also an apple fanatic. Could also be really nice with a sweeter tobacco. Courtesy of /u/captaincannibal

STRAWBERRY CREAM 14% - This one is pretty dry too. Kind of reminds me of a much lighter INW Wild Strawberry with a little bit of a creamy note. Pretty mild but I could see it being nice in a more complex strawberries & cream mix. I'm not sure I'd use this one again though. Meh.. Courtesy of /u/captaincannibal

PEACH YOGURT 8% - Oh shit here we go. This tastes exactly like I was hoping - Yoplait Peach Yogurt. Sort of a very ripe but light peach flavor with a lot of yogurt/cream flavor. I added some of the Sweetener and actually finished the 5ml I mixed. This could probably go nice with some citric acid or something to boost fruits. Maybe a little extra peach flavor would be good too. If you like Yoplait Peach Yogurt, grab some of this. Courtesy of /u/captaincannibal

GREEN APPLE 6% - Nice and crisp green apple. Not much more to say. Better than the other green apple flavors I've tried, actually. A bit dry like the others. I like it. Courtesy of /u/captaincannibal

GREEN FRUITS 6% - Hm. Maybe a little apple, green grape, pear, maybe some lime? I just get a pretty nice jumble of fruits that I wouldn't be able to pick out individually. My tongue is a little overloaded from all of these so maybe thats why. Pretty refreshing though. Courtesy of /u/captaincannibal

AFTER EIGHT 10% - Mint chocolate. Pretty good. The chocolate is a little light. Maybe a little AP or some FA chocolate/cocoa would be a good addition. Not a lot to say here either. I added a few drops of Sweetener which was nice. The chocolate wasn't sweet enough for me otherwise. You can probably get a better mint chocolate with some FA flavorings. CARIBBEAN BLEND 4% - I'm not a huge tobacco guy so I'm disappointed that I can't describe these last two better. This one is good though. A sweet tobacco. Kind of earthy. Lighter. I actually really like this which is saying a lot - as I said, not a huge tobacco guy. If you like tobacco you should try it out. Yummy. Could be good in mixes with other flavors. I think I'll try it with the Honey Red Apple at some point. Courtesy of /u/captaincannibal

WHITE LION 4% - I have no idea what this is. Its another light tobacco. Its got a little spice to it. some fruit and cream too? I can't pinpoint it. I like this one too. This would also be good with some fruit. This one is nice. Really nice. Courtesy of /u/captaincannibal

SWEETENER - So this stuff is interesting. Not going to try it on its own but it definitely did add a nice sweetness to the fruits I tried it in. It definitely isn't sucralose or EM. Its darker in color as well. Completely odorless from what I can detect. I was using it at probably 2-3%. I tried it around 6% with the Strawberry Cream but I started getting a weird burnt taste. So I dunno. I'd try it if you're interested in sweeteners. Courtesy of /u/captaincannibal

Chocolate Banana Mixed at 6%. Suggested is 9%. 6% is plenty and it might even be high.

Smells like TFA Ripe Banana with a hint of chocolate to me.

Taste... I originally tried it without changing wicks(was smoking a creamy flavor beforehand) and I thought it was pretty good. I put a new wick and set it up and now it tastes kinda funny alone. I can't put my finger on what it is. It has a strange sour taste to it. That's the best way I can explain it.It's odd. Like a sour milk or something. Sort of also tastes like a burnt cotton taste.

That strange flavor(which im assuming is the banana portion) is the first thing I taste on the exhale then the chocolate comes right after that.

Afterwards there is a strong after taste of banana runts on the roof of my mouth that lingers around after the vapor has left my mouth. Interesting. I'm thinking this might be too much flavor or it just needs to steep to mellow out the banana. I had high hopes for this as it smelled pretty good and I love banana. Will update in a week.

After vaping on it for a little bit longer(10 minutes). It's not as bad as I initially thought and i've gotten used to the weird flavor a bit, but it is still there. Still wouldn't necessarily vape it out of pleasure compared to everything else I make.

As of right now.. 1.5/5

Vanilla Pudding Mixed at 3.5% suggested is 5%

Smells like a buttery vanilla. Best way to explain it.

Kinda reminds me of Medicine Flower Vanilla.

Okay so tasting test!!

I'm actually loving this. This is a GREAT buttery vanilla. I would actually smoke this alone and be totally happy. It's rich and flavorful and somehow free of diacetyl but not lacking in the buttery/creamy goodness. I think this flavor has huge potential for bakery dessert type flavors. Can definitely taste the vanilla flavor and the creamy/buttery part is definitely noticable and TASTY. It is a different buttery/creamy flavor than I have seen in other flavors(if you have tried Hangsen butterscotch, it is totally different than that). Closest thing I can think of is Medicine Flower Vanilla. I cant even necessarily say it's buttery. Just very Vanilla-y. Idk. I have tasted something similar before but I can't put my finger on it.

Anyway, this is good. Just get it. 5/5

Edit: Yeah this reminds me of Medicine Flower Vanilla, that's what it reminded me of. MF Vanilla is a CO2 extracted organic vanilla and I think this comes very close in terms of flavor. a Very full flavor of Vanilla. Definitely cheaper than MF too and I think it is definitely worth the price as I haven't found another Vanilla that is close to this thus far. Atleast from what I have tried, I have so many Vanilla's i've ordered that i haven't tried yet.
