Could probably drill a bottle sized hole through a block of wood then cut it in half along the axis of the hole with that jigsaw and youd have two blocks to hold your juice bottle in the clamp nice and tight. Definitely gonna try this on my day off tomorrow.

Don't waste your money; shaking is irrelevant. You want heat and or time, with the bottle open so that volatiles (perfumey smells) can evaporate.
I use a coffee mug warmer. 12-48 hours on high and a couple shakes in between and you are good to go.
Just food for thought. If you place your bottles (glass is best) in a ziplock bag with 2 rubber bands around the top and bottom (to hold the cap on tightly) then place the bag in the dryer on the LOWEST setting with a bunch of towels, this makes the juice both steep and mix VERY well in about 40 mins. I use 30ml glass bottles with a dropper tip and have yet to have one leak or break. VERY effective method of mixing/speed steeping.
I just leave my juice in my car at work. It doesn't get shaken, but the heat of the car siting in the sun and the UV steeps the juice in a day or two. My nana cream clone is very clear just after mixing, a day after, a slight yellow, after 2 days it's quite a bit darker and 3+ days it's very yellow.
I read somewhere awhile back that a person that bought one of these was complaining that it didn't last very long and it stopped working. I have never used one myself. It sounded like its something that you can't use alot or it will quit. Maybe this person just got a bad one but it doesn't look like an industrial device.
Magnetic stirrer thingy would last longer and make less noise. :)

Magnetic stirrers don't work so good for high VG juices. Also lest someone burn out their magnetic stirrer, you should turn it off before removing the liquid.
Many of the less expensive models use the resistance from the stir bottle as a sort of throttle control and just pulling it off can cause the motor to burn itself out.
