I've started mixing ejuice, mainly using VG. I have 3 bottles of just VG and one bottle of VG 12mg nicotine. The pure VG ones smell pretty much like nothing, while the nicotine-containing VG smells and tastes a bit different. It's a somewhat particular taste, hard to describe. In some of my mixes, for instance one using Mt Baker's Hawk Sauce flavoring, the nicotine flavor somewhat comes through. I've been using 3 or 4 mg nicotine juices, so it's not like I'm using a whole lot. Is there any way to reduce this flavor? Not all my mixes let the nicotine flavor shine through, for instance one using Thug Juice flavoring, and a Snake Oil clone. Should I just steep it more? Or mix in more flavoring?
I've bought nic-containing VG from both Pink Mule and Club der Dampfer.

[edit] so it looks like this is just shitty nicotine. I'm in the Netherlands, so ordering from the US is not ideal. Any Europeans have any suggestions?
at 3 or 4 you should not taste the nicotine unless you stick it straight in your mouth, and in your mouth just barely. (like when you grab a cheap tank that has been sitting in the hot car and suck up the juice like a straw) .. at 18 I get a different feel and slightly peppery , but not noticeable with flavoring , if you notice it at 3 or 4 then you are either a super taster or you need a different nicotine base.
