Amazon sells PG/VG in quart quantities, which is fine if you're just doing this for personal use.

For bottles I've been buying from various vendors from DHGate. If you don't mind the wait for shipping from China, you can pick up tons of 10ml and 30ml ldpe dropper bottles for dirt cheap.

However you might be better off getting some things from them nic, vg, pg or some flavorings and getting other stuff from amazon like bottles and syringes/tips.

I'd find some recipes you'd like to try, order a few flavors that go with those recipes, and some vg, some pg, some nicotine, a few 1 ml syringes, a few 3 ml syringes, and about 10 bottles to start - keep it simple for now until you decide you want to venture further.
