I've been working on Bobas for months now and I've stumbled onto a mix that has an extremely close flavor profile. This was a proof of concept because I doubt that these are the actual flavors Ben uses but I think I'm on the right path.
10% Hangsen T5
10% Hangsen Indan
2% Tobacco Absolute (Diluted)
5% Capella Coconut
10% Capella Ginger Bread

I diluted 2% in 10ml of VG and used 2% of the dilution in the liquid. Since this TA is already diluted by 50% if you are using Pure TA you can can use 1% in the dilution and 2% of the dilution in the liquid to get the same amount.
Let it steep for a week before you pass judgement :)
EDIT: I was mistaken when I said that if you were using pure TA that you would use one percent of the dilution in your liquid. You would still use 2% in the liquid but still dilute 1% of the pure TA into your VG to make the dilution that you will use in you liquid.
Wow. That's 37% flavor. That seems like a LOT, especially the 20% tobacco. Most of my tobacco recipes come in around 10% TOTAL.
Yes I know, I normally don't use that much flavor but in my research I found that Ben had said that he used 40% flavor in BB. I just wanted to see what that would be like in this juice and it actually works.
Made an order from AV last year to see what the hype was all about, while the Boba's was definitely good, the vendor experience was lacking imo. A close clone would be awesome.

Yeah it is which is one of the reasons that I doubt these are the exact flavors. I used VG nic and didn't add PG to the mix. It does get some PG from the flavors. According to Hangsen their tobaccos are 100% VG and I diluted the TA in VG. The coconut and gingerbread both add PG so this is a 85/15 mix. I need to find coconut and gingerbread (or ginger + AP?) that are PG free.

Surprised about Hangsen tobaccos being VG, one thing that always stuck out with me about Hangsen is that its loaded with PG
Hangsen was the first thing that popped into my head after vaping Alien Visions Gamel and Flue Cured. Hangsen with slightly less PG

"Light reading" lol, I've read 10% of it and I've tried the major two that they have come up with so far but I don't think either of them taste right to me.
THIS seems to be universally agreed upon to be the closest recipe to Boba's out there.
I've tried it, personally I don't agree. If you think so then honestly I'm glad you found your BB end game. I was really hoping that his clone would be the end all be all clone for me. I was genuinely upset when it wasn't. It did take me closer though. I hadn't even thought of 555 and that helped a lot. The black cigar, cinnamon danish, lack of coconut, a lack of sweetness and spice note is what killed it for me.
For me BB always tasted like sweet chewing tobacco, ginger bread, coconut, graham crackers, and raisin bran. Not in that order and not all at the same time. Usually just one of those flavors at a time. I don't taste chocolate, vanilla, or cinnamon at all. It's such a complex juice that there was never going to be one universally agreed upon clone. At least that's how I see it.
Fair enough, and I don't disagree at all. Everyone's flavor palette is different so everyone picks out different notes from 'premium' blends'. Hence why no clone is ever perfect for everyone. I wish I could be more help but I'm terrible with tobacco blends tbh.
Came across a Boba fet fan site a ther it was a picture of get this...."Lime Soda called Bounty lime soda" I'm convinced this is what it is named after and taste also...
Some of my best juices come in around 8% flavoring. I never use anything from tfa over 5%. It took me a while to figure that one out.
I never go over 20% but like I said earlier in this thread Ben from AVejuice said he used 40% so I gave it a shot to see what would happen and I liked it. I've been making juice for 2 years now and I don't think I've ever used that much flavor so it was tough to do it. I've tried it with lower percentages now and it's honestly not as good.
