So I've been curious about the 'multistage crafting process' described here.
Does anyone know what he does differently? Or is this all smoke and mirrors? The bears are favourite juices, there's something I find unique about them and wondering if this has anything to do with it.

Supposedly, he uses the nicotine itself as a catalyst for some crazy sciencey reaction stuff, which explains why 0mg is impossible to make and why 3mg took so long to perfect. Take that with a grain of salt.
This is also what stabilizes the final product and helps prevent oxidation of the nic. So maybe you blast the nicotine with enough science, it tastes good, and when light and oxygen are all like "come hang out bro." Nicotine is all "Fuck you, I'm slathered in science now, you plebs."
I have 0 ready. I am thinking about making something for DIYers with what I found about makeing 0 nic.
Maybe a 1:1 nic replacement, I have to see how things go. I promise 1. It's safe 2. It will make all 0 nic better 3. It will be very cheap.
From the limited information I've seen, it really is a specific process. The last time I saw /u/slumberland post anything more specific he very quickly redacted the comment.
It's legit, though. I think Nanner Bear is just like 3 flavorings, and Lolerwaffles has said they're all TFA. The specific flavor is a result of the chemical process he uses.
It's very confusing and frustrating chasing the bears. In my various attempts to clone his juice I've learned a lot about my own juice making. I deffinately taste TFA banana nut bread, in a genny I can taste the DK/555. There's still a lot missing though and I sometimes suspect he uses a DIY whole leaf tobacco extract that previously made 0 nic impossible. Regardless, I actually feel like I'm farther away from finding the answer to this question than when I first started.

This makes me very very happy to read.
I don't know whether I should be happy or dissappointed with these revelations, but I am enrolling in some chemistry classes (finance major...) just to see if I can apply the knowledge to my juice making!
