Need help with a Sarsaparilla style juice. Have an idea, just figured I'd use your collective knowledge.

I have been creating juice for about 7 months now. I've never ventured outside of fruit flavors and I've been really satisfied. My local shop VapeGame has a juice called Sassparilla. I absolutely love it and it is now my ADV. Unfortunately it is $22/30ml. It doesn't exactly taste like root beer and I think that's why I like it a lot. It has a vanilla creaminess to it and I know it has wintergreen in it (most root beer flavors do, but also the guy at the shop told me). The main thing that has me stumped is it has a sort of spiciness to it. I'm not sure if it is supposed to simulate fizzyness? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have the exact flavoring you are looking for. I will look tomorrow at work and find it. It smells JUST LIKE sarsaparilla. EDIT I remember it was a Loranns flavoring though for now :/

hmm never used loranns.. It's safe right? i know the guy at the shop said its not TFA (unless he was trying to throw me off their trail.. lol) thank you for your reply. Let me know what you figure out! I think FA has a sarsaparilla flavor as well that I might try

Loranns is a major part of my lineup. I trust them with most items. I want to say the flavor was Horehound.......... But don't quote me yet. I will check in the lab tomorrow. My pleasure btw. If the spiciness isn't part of the sassparilla flavor itself but more part of the creaminess, you could try FA's Catalan Cream.

"This cream has sharper, brighter, spicier flavor than Vienna Cream. It is a sweet flavor, but it's not as sweet as Vienna Cream. The creamy vanilla is similar to FA's Vanilla Tahiti -- but Catalan Cream also has caramel (more like dulce de leche than FA Caramel) and a hint of spice I think is cinnamon. It's bold enough to stand up to any other flavorings you add - even strong berry flavors - and still be noticed."

I was mistaken. I used Sassafras from LorAnn's. It is pungent and won't take more than a few drops to go a LOOONG way so be cautious. It even smells "fizzy".
