8% pumpkin (tfa) 5% chai (tfa) The recipe we used was something like that- and its not bad. Add some sweet cream/malted milk (tfa) to make it a pumpkin chai latte!

Edit: format

Sounds pretty damn tasty! Do you guys use predominately TFA flavors? I have been trying so hard to get your Blue Waffles made, but I just can't quite hit it. Mine is somewhat close, but yours still beats with with this syrup note I can't duplicate!

We use capella flavor drops, too.

For the blue waffles, use TFA waffle (not Belgian), and capella blueberry cinnamon crumble :)

Ohh I didn't think to even try the cinnamon crumble!

Thanks!! This is why VTNW is amazing, so many other companies would have said "good luck cloning it jackass" but instead you offer to help me! Thank you so much!

Around what percentages would you suggest for the waffle?

Thanks for sharing by the way :)

Just confirming this is pumpkin, and not pumpkin spice?

Yep- regular ol' pumpkin from TFA :)

How do you think this would go with Capella's Pumpkin Spice?

Haven't tried their pumpkin spice, so I honestly can't say!

I haven't tried it yet, but I do have a small bottle of Pumpkin Spice flavoring from Capellas.

I'm working on a pumpkin pie recipe right now. It started off as:

  • 4% tfa pumpkin

  • 4% tfa pumpkin spice

  • 4% tfa graham cracker clear

  • 3% tfa whipped cream

  • 2% tfa vanilla swirl

  • 2% milestone

  • 1% em

It tastes pretty good, but the first batch had too much clove flavor, so next batch changes are:

Pumpkin to 6%

Pumpkin Spice to 2%

I'm sure it will go through more revisions. If you try it and make some improvements, let me know.

Link to milestone please? Can't find it. Might be an idiot.

Sorry, I meant milkstone. Damn auto-correct.

How did this turn out after your adjustments?

I think it turned out pretty good. It still needs some tweaking, but is definitely vapaple as is. If you try it and make any adjustments let me know. I've been working on a strawberry custard and haven't had much time due to work.
