Welcome back for another exciting round of DIY-eJuice!
Please note that in the near future the old monthly threads will be removed from the sidebar. The reason for this is that Reddit only allows the sidebar text to have so many characters, and we are at our limit. Once the old threads have been removed, we will add Nude Nicotine to the nic vendors list.
I'm going to re-post some rules that InertiaCreeping posted last month because they are still relevant. This sub is starting to get crowded and users are being frustrated with the same crap content. We all want to help the noobs but it is so aggravating to see the same questions over and over when it is obvious that the poster has not used the search feature. I hope we won't have to police the content, but if things don't change we may not have a choice. Without further adieu -
Just a reminder on how things should work around here (these aren't hard and fast rules... yet)
-
Use the search bar, it's actually very good.
-
Use the god-damned search bar!!! ----------->
-
We put a lot of work into the sidebar resources, give them a read!
-
"Clone" request threads are frowned upon. Instead, maybe ask in what proportions some known flavours taste good together.
"Does anyone have an Obscure Juice from my Local Vendor clone??" threads will be down-voted mercilessly. No-one is going to do your work for you.

Selling/buying/requesting to buy/requesting to sell posts don't realllly belong here, try /r/ecig_vendors

Happy Mixing!
Dragonberry:
10% Dragonfruit (TFA)
4% Strawberry (TFA)
4% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
2% Bavarian Cream (TFA)
1% Ethyl Maltol (TFA)
Came out pretty well! Very fruity, dragonfruit on the inhale, strawberry on exhale; I might add some Koolada on the next batch.
Just whipped this up, heading into Hot Water Bath now, will check back in a couple hours.
Nice one here. The exhale is a little bit too floral for me but pretty solid vape if you're into that (I usually like sweet or cream exhales).
I wouldn't mind a little more throat hit but that's what I get for going 40/60 as always.
I honestly think no Koolada is needed. The inhale is good minus some throat hit but cold I don't think would do it. 1% of Cinnamon Danish Swirl would probably make this an ADV for me. I ran out yesterday but I'll try to report back once it comes in.
Sword of Truth
- 5% Fruitstone V2.1 (fruit cream base, see below)
- 2% Strawberry (TFA)
- 2% Strawberry Ripe (TFA)
- 1% Honeydew (TFA)
- 1% Smooth (TFA)
Fruitstone V2.1 (base...think milkstone...)
- 10% Orange Cream (TFA)
- 5% Banana Cream (TFA)
- 10% Strawberries & Cream (TFA)
- 15% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
- 5% Sweet Cream (TFA)
- 5% Coconut Extra (TFA)
- 10% Toasted Marshmallow (TFA)
- 15% Vanilla Custard (CAP)
- 25% PG
A wonderful fruit salad mix with hints of orange and banana with predominately strawberry and vanilla, creamy and dreamy. Yes, yes, yes it's complex. Fruitstone V2.1 is my 21st go of that blend (vapable on it's own as well). Sword of truth took another 5-6 goes but was what I had envisioned for a long time.
I let the Fruitstone cure for 6 days after 3 hot water baths the first day.
Once you add the Fruitstone to your PG/VG mix of choice and other flavors, I did 3 more hot water baths then 3 days of cure time.
I tend to mix 40/60 6mg and either drip on a 1.5ohm single coil on my IGO-W + provari or use a nautilus tank @ 1.6ohm coil on provari (3.3w).
Lot of work I know, but well worth it, I dare you to try it !
Going to give it a whirl this weekend, thanks!
That is an amazing recipe, my friend. Thanks!
Woo! Finally have some recipes.
Guava Grapefruit
8% TFA Guava
2% TFA Pineapple
2% CAP Grapefruit
2% Koolada
Still messing with this - probably less Koolada, less Guava, but still very good.
Melon Gum
5% TFA Bubblegum
3% TFA Honeydew
1% TFA Koolada
.5% TFA Blackberry
Blackberry is ridiculously strong, even at .5% it's very strong. I really like this juice, after a few days the blackberry settles down and it tastes great.
And some recipes I'm still not happy with, but am looking for suggestions on.
Honey Berry
5% TFA Blueberry Wild
2.5% CAP Harvest Berry
2.5% TFA Honeydew
2% TFA Pineapple
Not really sure where I'm going with this. Tastes alright, nothing spectacular.
Mango Cream
9% TFA Mango
3% Milkstone (v1)
1% TFA Ripe Banana
1% TFA Pear
1% TFA Marshmallow
This juice confuses the fuck out of me. I want a strong mango flavor with a creamy vanilla base... but I have no idea what to try. This is the 4th version of this juice I've made. I might just need another mango.
Pineapple Swirl
3% TFA Pineapple
3% CAP Harvest Berry
2% TFA Vanilla Swirl
2% TFA Sweet Cream
1% TFA Coconut Extra
Another juice I'm not really sure what to do with. Again I wanted a pineapple-berry flavor, with a creamy base. Might mess around with it some more, idk.
Mango Cream
- 9% TFA Mango
- 3% Milkstone (v1)
- 1% TFA Ripe Banana
- 1% TFA Pear
- 1% TFA Marshmallow
Try swapping the Milkstone for Vanilla Swirl (TFA) and a small amount of Vanilla Custard (CAP). The bavarian cream in milkstone doesn't play well with TFA Mango in my experience. Could also try a hint of Orange Cream (TFA). I'm not sure on the purpose of the Pear and Banana here if you're going for a mainly mango vanilla cream flavor.
Could also try swapping the marshmallow for Toasted Marshmallow as it's a bit creamier instead of sweetness which may detract from the Mango.
I'm going to play around with this right now and see what I can do. Will update in a couple days with where it's at (I love Mango!!)
The pear and banana was just to give it a bit of a fruitier flavor. I really like the banana, not sold on the pear. I totally agree that bavarian cream doesn't really play nicely... I have both of those (vanilla swirl and custard) so I'll mess around with that. I think orange cream is a key ingredient, but unfortunately I don't have any.
If you like dessert flavors, try this, I promise you. It's so good, I can't stop vaping it.
Caramel Cream (ALL TFA)
- 2.5% Caramel Candy
- 2.0% Vanilla Swirl
- 7.0% Graham Cracker Clear
- 2.0% Marshmallow
- 3.5% Vanilla Cupcake
Mixed this up, what's your recommended steep time? I'd assume at least a few days?
Given it a try yet?
Orange Cream.
All TFA flavors
- 10% Orange Cream
- 7% French Vanilla
- 2% Lemon
- .5% Cotton Candy
- .3% Koolada
This is my ADV, I love Orange Dreambars but most vendors to me has way too strong of a orange taste. This could use a tad bit more orange. But i'm loving it regardless
A space between the asterik and the percentage does wonders !
El Monte
- 6% cucumber (capella)
- 5% vanilla swirl (TFA)
- 2-3% Cinnamon Danish Swirl (capella)
- 2% Sweet Cream (TFA)
- 1% malted milk concentrate (TFA)
- sweeten if desired!
This recipe contains acetoin (sweet cream). Sounds weird, but I promise it is awesome.
For now, here is one I've been trying to figure out what the heck I've made. Not bad or odd at all, it just tastes very different. Defiantly complex and hard to describe!
This needs about 3 weeks sit time. Otherwise it will sort of taste like a numbing agent.
Twice Bitten:
- 2% Ecto Cooler (FW)
- 1% Bavarian Cream (NF)
- 2% Kentucky Bourbon (TFA) [Rum works here, but not best]
- 2% Sweet Cream (TFA)
- 1% Vanillian (TFA)
- 2% Coconut (CAP) [Can use 1% of Coconut Extra (TFA) instead.]
- 4% RY4 Type1 (TFA)
- 5% Vanilla Tobacco (FW)
It has this cream grassy booze profile that is hard to grasp in words. A must mix to understand. Makes good smells in the room. Has good sniff in bottle.
So you made it this far down. .. Nice! Now you need to mix the 'bacco flavors and let them sit for a week melding. That happens first. Then add the Booze on top after that. Let it all sit overnight. Then build the rest of the Orange-nilla cream base. As you would normally do making citrus juice. Oh yeah, you need one drop (per 10ml) of lemon juice before you store for the steep. :) ^shh this is for those who read the recipe.
POW!!!
Mwahahaha so many people using TFA Guava! Excellent!
Mind sharing a TFA guava recipe?
Here's a couple of my inadvertently good mixes. To preface these, I've been trying to get a lemonade/iced tea down that has a subtle hint of fruit, what I got were a couple of versions, V7 and V8 to be exact, which turned out to be pretty damn good, but just not what I'm looking for:
Lemon Dew
-
8% Lemonade (LA)
-
7% Black Tea (FW)
-
1% Apple (TFA)
-
1% Honeydew (TFA)
-
1% Sour (TFA)
After one week of steeping, this tastes (surprisingly) much like honeydew with a hint of lemon, rather than the expected lemon with a hint of honeydew xD.
Pomenade
-
8% Lemonade (LA)
-
7% Black Tea (FW)
-
1% Apple (TFA)
-
1% Strawberry (LA)
-
1% Pomegranate (TFA)
As with the previous, after a week of steeping this tastes curiously like sweet pomegranate with a hint of lemon. Pretty refreshing if you ask me.
Let me know what you think!
Chocolate Covered Strawberry
8% Strawberry (Capella)
2.5% Double Chocolate (Capella)
4% Marshmellow (Lorann)
I'm going to try it with some TFA Ripe Strawberry tonight. Overall I do like it, but it needs a little bit more before I'll be completely happy with it.
Multi-Beast
2.5% Mild Black (TFA)
4% Graham Cracker Clear (TFA)
5% Vanilla Bourbon (TFA)
8% Cinnamon Danish (TFA)
3% Bavarian Cream (TFA)
First recipe to post here. Feedback welcome.
EDIT: Formatting
Looks good to me, unfortunately, I'm not a big tobacco guy so no Mild Black here. How long did you let it cure after mixing just out of curiosity?
Dragonfruit Base
48% Dragonfruit (TPA)
14% Bavarian Cream (TPA)
14%Vanilla Swirl (TPA)
14%Whipped Cream (TPA)
5% EM
5% Sweetener
I use this at 8%. Add 4-6% of your favorite flavor.
Strawberry Dragon
8% Dragonfruit Base
4% Ripe Strawberry (TFA)
Cool Dragon
8% Dragonfruit Base
3% Butterscotch (FW)
3% Cool Mint (CAP)
5% Koolada
Nana Dragon
8% Dragonfruit Base
5% Banana Cream (TFA)
1% Ripe Banana (TFA)
The Cool Dragon looks interesting, I'll probably give it a whirl in the next few weeks, running low on Vanilla Swirl and can't put in an order for another week so trying to preserve.
Black StrawMelon
So this is a new mix, not really sure why I made it but really like how it turned out. Just had a thought and said, hmmm, that could be good, threw it together and yay! %'s might need some tweaking to your preference but it's quite good I assure you.
- 8% Watermelon (TFA)
- 6% Sweet Strawberry (CAP)
- 1.5% Blackberry (TFA)
- 1% Honey Dew (TFA)
- 1% Vienna Cream (FA)
- .5% Cream Fresh (FA)
Give it a try if you desire, so so so incredible. I steeped via a candle warmer for 4 hours. Can only imagine how good this will be a week from now.
Can you think of something that would replace the cream fresh? I don't have that currently and can't make an order for some time.
Edit: had the name of the cream wrong
Your choice. I'ts just a plain milk/cream flavor, no vanilla or spices. Only true cream flavor I've found like that but you could do like, TFA Toasted Marshmallow instead and I think it would still be very good.
EDIT: I'd also reduce the Honey Dew down to .2-.5% on the next batch, little overpowering as always.
This is just a shout out to /u/3tern1ty. Thank you so much for this recipe.
Zoochberry Cream
- 10% Ethyl Maltol 1%
- Bavarian Cream (TPA) 3%
- Coconut Extra (TPA) 0.2%
- Dragonfruit (TPA) 0.5%
- Marshmallow (TPA) 1%
- Orange Cream (TPA) 0.2%
- Pear (FA) 0.2%
- Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA) 3%
- Sweet Cream (TPA) 1%
- Sweet Strawberry (Cap) 6%
- Vanilla Custard (Cap) 7%
- Vanilla Swirl (TPA) 2%
- Whipped Cream (TPA) 3%
Made this thing from the June recipe thread, let it cure for 3 weeks all by itself in a dark place, cap off for one day each week. Holy shit is it good now. Major props.
Three additions:
Mint Chip Ice Cream
Good right after mixing, but needs a week sit time to gather body. Two weeks is best for all the flavors to creamify. After a month, it is amazing!
- 8% Mint Chocolate Chip (LA) [had shown it as TFA..]
- 3% Double Chocolate (Clear) (TFA)
- 1% Bavarian Cream (TFA)
- 2.5% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
- 0.5% Cotton Candy (TFA)
- 3% Sweet Cream (FW)
Rock Me
Sort of reminds me of Honey Pearry... A lot! It's actually based off that profile. I try my best to let it sit for at least three days. It can be vaped right away. Though the pineapple needs a few days to get going. After the 2 week mark. This is a very tasty variation.
- 4% Pineapple (TFA)
- 3% Honey Dew (TFA)
- 2% Pear (TFA)
- 1% Coconut Extra (TFA)
Greensleeves
Green Apple flavor with a touch of cream. This is one of my favorite apple bases for adding to other recipes. That need a rounded, not sharp green apple hit to them. Which makes it a great ADV for the green apple Jolly Rancher lovers. This would be great with your favorite tobacco flavor. Which is why I developed it. A good dry tobacco flavor, would mix very well with this.
- 8% Green Apple (TFA)
- 2% Juicey Peach (CAP)
- 1% Cotton Candy (TFA)
- 3% Sweet Cream (FW)
- 4% Granny Smith (FE)
I cant find mint chocolate chip on TFA?
My sincere apologies!! It is in fact a LA flavoring.
For some reason I had it in my TFA tub. Plus Wizard Labs does not have or show on the label, the maker of said juice.. I've had the flavor for some time and finally got around to using it. Plus letting it sit to mature.
http://imgur.com/t0WDpMz
It is a yummy flavor. I am experimenting with 555, mint choclate chip, and bavarian cream. Which shows a lot of promise.
Alright, probably my last contribution for the month even though it's early. Just so happens that a bunch of my work from last month came to fruition in the last few days.
Guava Mix V1.7
- 4% Guava (LA)
- 1.4% Pineapple (TFA)
- 3% Strawberry (ripe) (TFA)
- 1.6% Cheesecake (graham crust) (TFA)
- 2% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
- 0.5% Passionfruit (TFA)
A nice sweet light inhale of guava with a hint of strawberry. An exhale of guava with passionfruit and a slight pineapple after-taste. The Vanilla and Cheesecake help to smooth it out. A hint of TFA Smooth and I think this will be perfect, play around to your preference though obviously.
I like my recipes light on flavor, if you like stronger flavor, you may want to up this to:
- 6% Guava (LA)
- 2.1% Pineapple (TFA)
- 4.5% Strawberry (ripe) (TFA)
- 2.4% Cheesecake (graham crust) (TFA)
- 3% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
- 0.75% Passionfruit (TFA)
Meloncholy
- Honey Dew (TFA) 6%
- Cucumber (CAP) 5%
- Watermelon (TFA) 3%
- Cantaloupe (TFA) 1%
- Koolada (TFA) 2%
- Sour (TFA) 1%
- Juicy Lemon (CAP) 1%
I did a high VG mix with 3mg nic, and it's very delicious in my opinion. The Koolada gives it a nice cooling sensation and the Juicy Lemon really makes the cucumber and melons pop. You could probably replace the Koolada with menthol for a slightly different taste, but i don't have any menthol at the moment to try it.
After mixing, just give it a good shake or a run in an ultrasonic cleaner and it's good to go right away.
Peppermint Peanut Butter
- 8% Peanut Butter (TFA)
- 3% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
- .5% Peppermint (TFA)
I don't even know what to say about this flavor except that OMG delicious. Almost like a peppermint patty or something. I don't know just amazing. Might try adding a little more base to it but just got 4 awesome reviews from the next door neighbors. Haven't let it cure at all yet. Mixed 30/70 3mg and dripped @ 13w (I'm not a sub ohm guy).
Going to have to try this just because it seems such an odd mix. Will let you know what I think.
I thought so too when I whipped it up, then it was just goodness.
After getting some feedback from a handful of other drippers (glad it wasn't just me) regarding the "Seven Seas" clone from bombies floating around here as below:
- 10% Watermelon (TFA)
- 5% Strawberry (TFA)
- 2% Sweet Raspberry (TFA)
- 2% Blueberry Wild (TFA)
- 2% Koolada (TFA)
- 1% Sour (TFA)
Most that tried it, myself included, didn't really think the koolada meshed well out of dripper for this recipe. First step I took was to drop the koolada, unfortunately then the sour kinda chewed it up.
Made a few adjustments that I believe to be infinitely better (even immediate after mixing with a good shake). I'm guessing the Coconut will start to appear a little bit after a good steep but we'll find out (mixed a 30ML to vape myself the next two days and a 15ML to let sit for 3 weeks before trying again).
Here is the new recipe that I came up with:
- 10% Watermelon (TFA)
- 5% Sweet Strawberry (CAP)
- 2% Raspberry (LA)
- 2% Blueberry Wild (TFA)
- 2% Whipped Cream (TFA)
- 1% Marshmallow (TFA)
- 1% Grapefruit (FA)
- 1d per 10ml Coconut Extra (TFA) (dripped it from a 16ga needle)
Mixed max VG, 3mg nic.
On a .31 ohm dual coil, It winds up being a pretty delicious bubble gum like juice, the grapefruit helps the fruits to pop as well as adds a minor note of sourness that's excellent but passes quickly. The whipped cream and marshmallow help to keep it sweet overall and add just a little bit of creaminess.
Vape away folks!
I was planning on mixing up the original recipe for this to give it a shot and noticed you switched the sweet raspberry out for LA in your variation. Do you know how those two raspberry flavors compare? I'll probably mix both with sweet raspberry since that's what I have now but just wondering if it would be worth it to pick up some of the LA eventually. Thanks.
Figured I'd cross post this here. It's simple but delicious.
- 3% Cheery Blossom (TFA)
- 2% Green Apple (TFA)
- 3% Green Tea (TFA)
- 1% Honeydew (TFA)
One hot water bath and 3 days of cure time and this is excellent (note: I did not try it before the 3 days, vaca) so it might be ready after a hot water bath but not sure.
accident taffy
The wife requested something with much marshmallow so I just winged this one together.
(1.0ml) 6.6% TFA marshmellow
(0.4ml) 2.6% TFA energy drink
(0.2ml) 1.3% Ethyl-maltol @ 10%
(0.1ml) 0.6% Normal saline IRRG
(makes > 15ml)
Tastes straight up like red laffy taffy!
- Pumpkin Pie:
- Bavarian Cream (TFA) - 2%
- Pie Crust (TFA) - 4%
- Pumpkin (TFA) - 9%
- Pumpkin Spice (TFA) - .5% <<<<<<<<<<Strong. DO NOT OVER DO
- Whipped Cream (TFA) - 2.5%
- Marshmallow (TFA) - 2%
I made it an 80 VG - 20 PG mix and it is delicious! Nothing in this tastes over powering. Just yummy. I honestly just made this because my friend wanted to try a Pumpkin flavor for the fall months. I thought Pumpkin would be terrible but I LOVE IT.
Try it out!
