Bendro's Crunchberries
submitted about 11 years ago by BendroRodrigo

A recipe in the works. I have made a batch up and it tastes pretty much spot on, but I feel there is room for improvement.

6% Strawberry TFA 6% Hazelnut TFA 3% Malted Milk (extra) TFA 1% Ethyl Maltol

I made my batch @ 3mg 30/70 pg/vg.

Give it a try, let me know what you think could change to make it better!

Nice. I'm gonna try this out. Capn crunch is one of my favorite juice flavors. Thanks.

Does anyone perfer cotton candy over Ethyl Maltol? I've have yet to use a sweetner but I'm leaning towards using it as some of these cream flavors are a bit on the bland side.

I think I read EM and cotton candy are the same thing.

Generally cotton candy flavoring is just Ethyl Maltol, from what I've read. That might not be true for all manufacturers, but for TFA I think it is.

TFA cotton candy is a 10% ethyl maltol in pg. When people say em or ethyl maltol 99% of them are using tfa cotton candy. You can get crystals you can buy ethyl maltol 10% from other companies, or even from tfa labeled as that instead of cotton candy.

Generally mutes and hides offensive flavors/odors and used as a sweetener. Can mute good flavors too tho :-(

N thats all on em folks.
