So I'm getting serious about making juice and most of the problems I need to overcome are time and more so money. The single issue I do not know how to tackle is lab space. Im following AEMSA standards, and I'd like to carve out a workspace in my home. But Everyting I can think oif Seems gets shot down for one reason or another. Ive tried looking into sharing a space with someone and thats went nowhere. So my question is, the DIY'ers that went bigger, how did you do it? If you build lab space, suggestions?. Just having some idea of where to start with this would be helpful. Too much on my plate.
Serious about (starting to make juice) or are you already making juice?
You gotta bite the bullet and get space. You might be able to rent a small space in (or use of) a commercial kitchen. Think donut shops or sandwich shops and the like. Ask around, it doesn't hurt.
Alternatively, you need a small space with two rooms, one being a kitchen type room with dedicated sink and preferably dishwasher hookup.
Sears makes a nice stainless steel workbench that can be adjusted to the correct height for a standing work area. It's relatively inexpensive.
Just some thoughts.
