Hi,
Looking for TFA dairy or some other milk flavors. I hear flavorart has a condensed milk flavor, but it tastes like butter? Is that right?
THanks.
Milk is a great flavoring, and is milk-like. Dairy has a milky vibe, but definitely has a more "buttery" taste. Try 'em together, maybe? If you have had our 1992 blend, it comtains TFA's milk flavoring at around .75%.
Where do you find TFA milk flavoring? I'm having a hard time finding it. (not in bulk that is lol)
Check it out here! They keep their milk stuff in their vanilla/chocolate section.
The TFA condensed milk flavor I have is spot on. I used it at 0.5% in one of my custard flavors and it is still quite strong but tastes accurately like sweeten condensed milk. When I have an empty bottle I'm going to mix up a Cafe Con Leche juice with it.
Shooting for a taro dessert flavor myself. I know most bubble tea is made with condensed milk (or at least it should be) since fresh milk isn't always available in China and other Asian countries.
Do you know where you purchased it? I am having a hard time trying to find the TFA condensed milk flavoring.
Sorry, I was mistaken. I looked at my order and it was actually from Flavor Art.

At low percentages it definitely tastes like condensed milk. I'm sure it'll taste like butter if you use too much.
