I imagine it's basically the same thing with a different label. I have a Tractor Supply nearby and was wondering if I could use it as a source for PG/VG. I remember seeing somewhere that someone mentioned TS as a place that you could purchase PG, but I wanted to double check.

P.S. I visited Wal-Mart recently in an attempt to find things like syringes, safety goggles etc and had zero luck. The pharmacy gave me a free syringe but none were for sale. The only goggles they have are those that don't fit over glasses (in hardware). Anyone had luck finding anything useful there?

Go to CVS. I work in the pharmacy there. Our policy is to give out the needles. We would rather you have clean needles than get aids.
We will probably judge you. But hey you can get your needles there!
I've also heard we sale VG but I haven't looked. I'm about to go to work for a short shift. I'll check when I get off!
You are going to have a difficult time with DIY if you aren't willing to shop online.
The TS PG is probably safe but it's meant for farm use. Is that really what you want to inhale? Essential Depot sells PG & VG for about the same price with free shipping if you get 2 gallons. And FWIW, 2 gallons will last you a loooong time.
USP is USP, whether it's sold by Tractor Supply or Essential Depot.
Tractor Supply also sells syringes and sharps. They don't sell 1cc syringes but 3, 5, 10, 20 and 35cc syringes are pretty easy to come by there.
No kidding! It's kind of sad that TS sells them but not the pharmacy section of a Wal-Mart.

You can't get your VG, nic or flavoring there but if you need PG, safety glasses, latex gloves, syringes and sharps you can get them at TSC.
Now all their sharps are sharp, but if you can handle them properly they'll work just fine.
bonus tip: How to keep from impaling yourself when capping a two-inch 14 gauge needle - hold the sharp at a 90 degree angle to the cap and then just tip the needle into its case.
Walmart would have a high number of drug addicts walking in and stealing them off the shelves if they sold syringes without a prescription. In my area I believe you need one, whereas most pharmacies have them available behind the counter.
They may have just given you one because its either store policy or state law to give one if someone asks in order to stop the spread of Communicable Diseases, hope you told them why you needed it... lol.
Otherwise I have heard others purchasing their PG at TS and it being just fine to use.
The Wal-Mart here has syringes but they are behind the counter. You have to ask for them. State law* says they can only sell you 20 at a time, but most will only sell you 10. Also none of the pharmacies here have blunt tip needles, they are all injection tips.

Tractor supply PG tasted off after a couple months. No idea how old or young the bottle I bought was. It did say USP in big letters and if they're giving it to livestock, I'd imagine it to be of reasonable quality. Animals are expensive.
I just bought the essential depot stuff from amazon. No problems with wizard labs either
