Looking for a recipe for a sweet milk stone something that taste like the milk at the bottom of the cereal bowl

You will likely need to create one. Milkstone is more of a creamy flavor for fruits and things... kind of like a whipped cream topping.

I would suggest using malted milk, sweet cream, bav cream, marshmallow, and sweetener to create the flavor you're trying to achieve.
