Is my math right ?
submitted about 11 years ago by killtimed

So if I order two 30ml 18mg bottles mixed at 70pg/30vg and I want to dilute them to 12mg and roughly 50/50.

Put 10 ml from each bottle into another bottle leaving 3 bottles with 20 ml each and add 10ml of VG to each bottle. I will end up with 3 30ml 12mg and roughly 50/50 right? I live in Canada and average non premium juice is 15$ minimum so I want to try to get 3 bottles for price of two. Thanks

Let's see. A 70/30, 30Ml bottle has 21mL pg and 9 mL vg. In 20mL you would have a 14 to 6 ratio. Adding 10mL vg to 6 gives you a 14 to 16 pg/vg ratio (47%/53%).

The dilution of 18mg to 12 mg: (30mL)(12mg/mL)/(18mg/mL) = 20mL. So for the nicotine dilution you have it exactly.

Yeah, your math is correct.

Yup. The final mix will be 12 mg/ml, and the ratio will be 46.67% PG/53.33% VG.

You should just buy a 15$ 125ml bottle of 60mg from a place like wizard labs. That will last you forever trust me.

Does Canadian law prohibit the sale of highly concentrated nicotine? I wouldn't know I live in the US.

I havnt seen it for sale in canada. There is definitely a large grey area about importing e juice and nic concentrates. Some people have their juice orders seized at the border some don't
