Hold me.

USPS lost my first Wizard Labs shipment. All my glassware, flavors, everything for me to delve into this hobby. Last scanned at the airport in Orlando 5 days ago.

They have no clue where it is. I am sad.

You need to file a claim. I'm almost sure you pay for insurance on USPS when you pay for your shipping through wizard labs. Also contact the vendor and they may also send you out another package at no cost. Hope it works out for you buddy. Sorry for your loss.

Thanks, I'll be starting the claim work Monday morning. WL insurance covers about half of my order.

It doesn't generally work this way. You are not responsible for orders not received. You can charge it back in full if it doesn't show up, but you need to give it sufficient time to do so. Also, claims are generally the responsibility of the seller/sender on this continent. If the order really went missing, WL will have no issue being reimbursed by the postal service.

I work for a distribution company and I can tell you otherwise. We have never worked with USPS but we rely a lot on FedEx and ups. For us we can never win a claim with them. We send out hundreds of orders a day. They break it or lose it and the response is "your rates are so low we will not reimburse you". It's ridiculous.

Yeah, the vendor should be sending a replacement or refunding you in full. It isn't your job to pursue this matter with USPS.

Don't be sad, Vapingatfifty. Email Wizard Labs, or call them tomorrow between 9am and 6pm. Let them know your order number, and they'll make sure to get a replacement on the urgent list, and sent out by the end of the day.

USPS has a better than 99% success rate track record with our packages... sorry you fell into the <1% group, but don't worry, we've never left a client hanging, and we're not about to start now. I'll tell Suzie, Connor, and Stephanie to be on the lookout for your call or email tomorrow so you can get your DIY on asap.

Thank you. I sent an email to the CS address and Timmon this morning, and will follow up with a call tomorrow.

Edit: I am now far less sad :)

Last week, I had a package from China do the same thing. Went through customs in NY, to Flushing and then departed Flushing on its way to CT. Then, nothing. For 6 days. Then, another location scan showed up and it was in.... Austin, TX. Apparently it decided to take the scenic route :) Next day, it departed Austin and two days later, it was in my mailbox.

I've also has them where it skips all scans and just shows up. I'd say give it a couple more days, it'll probably turn up in your mailbox.

Oh noes! I know we (NN) have a company-appointed USPS rep that has access to scan images/etc. GIve WL a call and I'm sure they can utilize their USPS rep to track down the package :)

FYI 1800consumer is like the worst service, EVER :P

Just got it all sorted out. My doorbell rang, and by the time I got there, the USPS carrier was flooring it up the street. He had left a brown box with two corners damaged.

It had "We're Sorry" stickers on it, and it was from Seattle Washington.

My phone rang, it was Wizard Labs. They were rushing to get a replacement sent out. We decided to put that on hold as I looked through the contents.

I opened the brown box, and inside was the original box, in a plastic bag, with more "We're Sorry" stickers. The corner of the box was damaged and stained, and it smelled delicious. One bottle of flavoring had broken, and the glass had pierced the bag, bubble wrap, and second bag it was in.

This happened somewhere between Orlando and Denver. It seems USPS then sent it to Seattle to a Distribution Center, put in in a bag, then put it in a box. They then shipped it back to me, dropping it two more times.
