I don't know your preferences, but just as a tip, pick up some cream bases too. A little Bavarian cream can greatly improve a lot of fruit and berry flavours, for example. Sweet cream and whipped cream are both very handy as well. So are flavourings that you wouldn't normally use on their own, like vanilla swirl and marshmallow.
I'm not knocking your order at all, just trying to help fill in some obvious blanks, so you can make the most of what you're getting.

Oh there are tonnes of them. Have a look around this site to get a sense of the percentages used, but keep in mind that any given recipe might not be the right one for you, even if it sounds good.

I just ordered some yesterday morning and am hoping to have it by next thursday/friday to play with. I am planning on making a 3ml nic blend though. Just for personal use, maybe give some to friends to try out as well. Just was spending $40 on juice every two weeks and got tired of it... fuck it lets see how it goes!
What nic strength are you shooting for with your mixes? Your 18 mg/ml nic base will inevitably be diluted by the flavoring and any additional VG and PG that you add to it.
