So I have quite a few mixes I'm entirely satisfied with and done tweaking, at least for the time being. I usually make large batches of those, but even still, it would be nice to make my mixing process quicker. My question is, what the best to upscale these recipes to make mixing future bottles more simple. Here are my initial thoughts:

If Juice XYZ is 5% X, 5% Y, and 5% Z, can I just make 100ml of flavor with 33.3ml of flavor X, 33.3ml of flavor Y and 33.3 ml of flavor Z, than add 15% of that to my nicotine & PG/VG? What if juice XYZ is actually 1%, 11%, and 4%? If I do the math right will a large bottle of pure, premixed flavoring work at the same 15% or is going to be a bit off?

Is it better to weigh each flavor the next time I make a batch, multiply that by however much I intend to make, and create my large bottle of bulk flavoring by weight?
Will either of these result in a juice that is close but not quite or will they both be exactly the same?
I understand that in theory either of these methods will work, but has anyone ever used them and run into unforeseen issues?
I've been looking for a way to upscale myself. I like your idea of making the flavor concentrates without the PG/VG. I'll test it on a small scale to be sure but it sounds like a good solution!
cool...please report back and let us know how it works out. I plan to test it myself mixing about 30ml of pure flavoring, by volume, and see if it really results in the same juice as if I had made it individually. I'd love to know how vendors with large scale production handle this.
It's the same. Bulk flavoring is a good way to go, but experiment first. The flavorings might steep and react with each other, the ones that do that, is better mixed up quickly (unless it doesn't hurt the flavor).
TL;DR - Should be the same. Experiment yourself.
EDIT: I make my nic juice in bulk, so that I just weigh off the flavorings I need and fill with pre-made nic juice.
Just use your math! As long as you multiply each ingredient by the same number your mix will be consistent at higher quantities. Then use whatever percentage of that in your separate bottles as you would normally use. Very easy and how most big scale juice makers do it.
