The guy starting e-juice-recipes.com is active on this sub and has a pretty solid search built into the site. There's not a huge number of recipes there yet, but it's worth watching.

I believe your request is in the works at this newish recipe site made by /u/a1phanumeric. I've already made a request for a registered user to be able to add all the flavors they currently have on hand and then be able to filter the recipes on the site to show only what can be made with those flavors. He's added it to the "roadmap", so I'm hoping it gets implemented soon.
