Assuming that's roughly a gallon each, you can find the same amount for about $55 shipped at Essential Depot last time I checked.

Yup. Ends up being cheaper because it's "free shipping". I'm down to about half a gallon of each so I'll be ordering again from them in the not too distant future. I think it was about $10 cheaper through them versus bulk apothecary.

I mean is water soluble what I want to be looking for? and even then I know there are some to avoid, but I can't remember which ones. I'm going to stay away from the butter and cream flavors.

Hmmm. I'm not sure. I'd imagine water soluable would be fine. Just stay away from stuff like Dialektal (I definitely misspelled that).
