I had 4 broken vials of flavorings in my last order. I heard back from them the next day. They credited my account after sending them pics that day.

They actually credited my account for half a liter of 60mg/ml base that USPS broke in transit, no questions asked. Took a couple days, but they handled it amazingly.

I had a issue with bottles, ordered 50ml and got 30ml. Called them they let me keep the 30s and sent me new 50s. Very nice. Very fast

I like Wizard. Before placing my 1st order I e-mailed & they responded the next day. They always put a little something extra in my package. Packaging has been good, nothing broken, nothing missing. One time I had a bottle of flavoring leak a few drops(they over filled it, can't complain bout that). Every order I have placed shipped the next day. With priorty mail I get it in 5 working days. A+++ in my book.

I called once and needed to add a couple of vials of flavor to an existing nicotine order I was waiting on and they were very helpful with how I needed to go about it. I did what they suggested and vials were added with no extra shipping charge. I only had to call them once and everything were though very nicely. I would give WL/CS a A+.

Contact forms are usually a 3-5 business day thing for most businesses (unless you're asking for a quote, salesmen tend to jump on those rather quickly).
