If you don't know what digital printing is, it basically allows you to do short runs and print several artworks in one print run. This is a huge advantage when it comes to e-juices, being that you usually have several flavors. a minimum order is 1,000 to run a print. This is digital printing so there is no limit to how many colors you can use. Price will depend mostly on size, quantity, and material. A basic paper minimum order with no laminations will set you back around $350-ish. Keep in mind, however, that with digital the higher your quantity the less you pay per label. Thanks man! I'm going to be starting my own juice company soon. I could use your services for some high quality labels. I don't know much about printing so this might be a silly question. What is the difference of digital printing vs. printing a label on a computer? I know the machines you use are prob over 100k, so the difference is huge. I guess I'm asking what is "digital" printing?
Not a silly question at all, digital printing is fairly new. Digital printing is a process that allows for high quality labels, an unlimited amount of color, and anywhere between 100 and 100,000,000 labels printed in a short amount of time. This is a process you would want to use for manufacturer quality products, like anything you would see at the store. Another cool advantage of digital printing (besides the amazing quality) is the fact that you get to print several arts in one run at the same price. There is no need for color plates or setups or any of that jazz so it'll allow you to print multiple labels of the same size in one run. Lets say your run is 5,000; you'd be able to split that amount into 5 different flavors, thus why I chose to post on a vape sub.
All our labels come in rolls and are compatible with any labeling machines if you are going that route. Likewise, you'd be able to apply them manually and the rolls would make for easy storage; that part is entirely up to the customer. Our minimum is 1,000 and prices will vary depending on size, material, and quantity (keeping in mind that the more you print, the less you'll pay per label). As far as materials goes, you pretty much have the option of paper or plastic; with plastic being more resistant and therefore a little more expensive.
You can print on a normal home computer and inkjet printer as well, but your quality cannot compare, nor will you get the right consistency in color; but obviously that is cheaper. Just remember this: when you go to a store or shop online, what is the first thing that sells you? What draws your attention to one brand of a product over other brands?

Do you offer die-cut continuous feed rolls of labels that are compatible with a thermal printer? I'm trying to work out the least expensive way to find rolls of shaped labels with a certain background texture and my bottle design, so I can print labels on demand with a thermal printer. I'm not sure if this will end up being less expensive than simply printing them myself, but I expect so if I buy in bulk.
Not only will getting labels printed digitally come out cheaper than printing them yourself, the quality will be a thousand times better. I recommend thermo printing for marking things like exp dates or nicotine levels but not for the full print job. You won't be able to add laminations to the labels with thermo, which I recommend for the type of product that it is. Our labels do come in rolls and are compatible with any labeling machine, I just need to know the rolling direction number. Send me what you've got as far as artwork and I can see if I have the die cut. I can also have a custom die cut made if need be and it would only add one more day to our turnaround.
