Capella Irish Cream
submitted over 11 years ago by Nog_Rocket

Has anyone experimented with this stuff? I mixed it at 10% alone, and it tastes like sweet bread and yeast on the exhale... Not bad, but very confusing.

I have been looking for a bready, yeasty flavor. Thanks! FlavourArt Irish cream confuses my palate also.

Mix it with coffee or cappuccino with a little vanilla and bam, Irish coffee. Let it steep for about a week.

This is good advice, it's all in the steeping. TFA Irish cream needs plenty of time too. Don't add too much coffee unless you enjoy gunking up coils.

Flavor West has a pretty good Irish cream.
