Flavor on exhale. How do you build it into the juice?
submitted over 11 years ago by jerryhami

I am sure this has been brought up. If you could please just point me in the right direction. How do I get certain notes of my Juice to be tasted on the Exhale? Thanks

Some flavors are tasted on the inhale, some are tasted on the exhale, and some "stain" your mouth so you can taste them long after exhale. You goal is to mix these flavors together in the proper ratio in order to have all 3 qualities in one juice. Good luck, it's not easy.

So what you are saying is, its the extract itself and not the process that causes this. hmmmmm can you give me a couple that you have noticed? I first experienced it with a 100%vg pineapple juice from VVPOR. its like my lungs could taste it on the way out.

i find that fruity flavors are very noticeable on exhale. menthol is more noticeable on inhale. I like mixing the two.

Yes it has a lot to do with the flavor, but also has to do with the process. The goal is to find the proper ratio so all the flavors play nicely together. It's easy for a juice with 25% flavor to taste like air if the ratios are not correct. So, if you are not getting any taste on the exhale you may be dealing with a flavor that does not produce that sensation, or possibly you have muted that flavor by adding too much of another flavor. If you can get juice with a good flavor on the inhale and exhale, then consider it a winner. It is hard to do.

If you haven't tried TFA pineapple, I would consider that one of the flavors you can taste on the exhale. Honeydew also. There are many, but those two stand out.

I mix up TFA Pineapple and Gummy Candy. I can definitely taste the Pineapple on exhale, but I'm still working with getting a gummy taste in there someway. But at 5% you can definitely taste Pineapple on exhale.

Mix up a fruit and mint. You'll get the fruit in the inhale and the mint on the exhale. It's all about balance. Tobacco flavors can come out on the exhale too, but you have to let them steep for a couple of weeks to get the full affect.
