Decided to give these two flavors a go with the thought of a final mix being 10% cheesecake, 15% custard.
I made a couple testers before going any further of just the solo flavors mixed at 20% flavoring. So, 2ml flavor, 3ml Pg, 5ml vg. Simple enough...
But they are not that great, the flavor is almost nonexistent when vaping with a super dry mouth/tongue taste.
I then prepared to 15%/10% mixture I mentioned and added a few drops of sweetener and a couple drops of smooth from ecigxpress. Still super dry, little to no flavor....
What gives? Any direction would be awesome here. All mixes tried have 3 weeks steep time.
Too much of a good thing. When you use too much flavoring, it mutes overall flavor. I typically use cap vc at 10-12 percent.
The cheesecake will overpower everything in your juice unless you use microscopic amounts. I used 6 syringe drops of NY into 110mL's of my custard mix and it turned out lovely, but any more and it turned out a bit musky. If you would like an awesome custard recipe that includes a bit of NY Cheesecake, stay tuned and I'll post mine tonight. It is extremely good.
I'll keep a lookout for your post!
Sorry, a tad bit late.
10mL Recipe
50/50 blend
20% Flavoring
Oreo's Vanilla Custard V3
1.2% Capella Vanilla Custard
.5% Capella French Vanilla
.06% TFA Bavarian Cream
.06% TFA Sweet Cream
.04% TFA Malted Milk
.04% TFA Graham Cracker
.02 % DIY FlavorShack Holy Vanilla
1 or two 20g syringe drops TFA Cinnamon Sugar Cookie
This is where it gets little weird. I made this recipe for 110 mL's, and some flavorings are very minute, but very important.
Dilute it whichever way you can for your recipe size.
For 110 mL's,:
6 20g syringe drops Capella Orange Cream
4 20g syringe drops Capella New York Cheesecake
I just vaped this for the last few days, I think it's a DIY jackpot.
