haha, thanks! I will gladly send it to him!
Haha I "jumped in" too, but on a lower budget. 6 8mL flavorings, ethyl maltol crystals, and koolada. 500mL VG, 250mL PG, some syringes and needles. It's a good start for $40, might even make some cash selling to my friends. I am brooooke now though. Hopefully I'll get this job I'm applying for soon, wish me luck :)
Also, enjoy your mixing!
Something that I did to start that really helped was to not mix them at first.
I did 10ml single flavors all at 10%. One for each flavor I received. I kept a spreadsheet as I dripped them to determine if 10% was too high, too low or spot on for that flavor. Then I adjusted each that wasn't spot on, until it was as good as it was going to get. It took some time. But now, I can pretty easily recall any of those flavors in my brain, and have a great starting point for %'s to use when mixing. I'm actually amazed sometimes at how quickly I can nail down a mix now.
Good Luck!
I applaud your dedication to science and mixing!

First heard this as a child and to this day I attribute it to my severe OCD. :/
Edit: Quotes.
Thanks for the advice! I know I will be taking ample notes!
100mg/ml nicotine. Moment of silence for brave OP.
To be fair that's "ONLY" 10% nicotine. You wouldn't want to get it in your eyes, but skin contact isn't actually the end of the world- just wash it off quickly!
There is definitely a reason so many start with small batches. I'm just starting too and so far it has been hit and miss, and I'm just doing single flavors batches. On a positive note the unflavored batch I did as a control was OK so at least I know the base is decent. Grin. So much to learn.
Heheh, reminds me of one of my first mixes too. I called it "Plastic-fantastic."
How much did you spend on all the flavors?
Everything (flavors, nic, pg, vg, bottles, syringes and syringe tips cost about 150$... Flavors were 1.50 a piece and I bought 30 so flavors alone cost 45$
Mix some cream and strawberries at 8 and 4 percent 3 drops Ethel and fill with vg.
100% VG? haven't tried that yet....
