Make it sour

Alright guys, who makes sour flavors?

I have heard that you can use malic acid, citric acid, or sodium citrate.

which have you used? can you compare any of them?

Ive used the flavor apprentice sour 20%. It makes certain flavors pop, but seems to dull others. I have yet to taste a juice that's sour without leaving a horrible chemical aftertaste. So I assume they're just using really high levels of malic acid.
