Custom Labels

So I just started making ejuice and I hate the piece of tape label so I wanted to go to staples and have my label printed. Does anyone have a template for the ejuice label for Photoshop and the size I should get the labels printed

the label templates are usually available online.

for example, i have some label sheets from avery.

Juice calculator (see the side bar) has a built in label printer. They're not the prettiest in the world, but you can add an image and it really easy to use.
