Just curious, about how much did you invest in all of that to get started? (Im thinking of doing the same soon)

A little over $300. I went a little crazy on flavor. Picked about 15 recipes I found on here and got enough flavors to make them all.

Looks like around $200 if you include the hardware.

Yea for me also. lol The thing is that I got a few people into vaping around this small town. The closest b&m is like 30 miles away so i figured I could make juice for them. Nice little side project to maybe make a couple $$.

Heh, Amazon bottles I take it? They're great, cheap as hell, and I've never had one leak. :P

Have your syringes yet?

Have fun brother! Keep us updated and ask questions along the way!

Nope the bottles are from ebay. Yes I do have syringes. I will for sure be asking questions as needed. It is this sub that got me thinking, "I can do that."

Nice start to a set up man, I recommend going overboard on the bottles and have syringes set aside for certain things

  • a few sizes of dedicated vg syringes with 16ga blunt tips
  • same for pg
  • about four 1 and 3mL with 18ga blunt needle tips foot flavoring [this'll prevent "contaminating" flavors.]
  • and most importantly a syringe and needle purely for nicotine.

This has helped me with organizing and be very particular about my mixes, along with keeping me from having to switch distant gauge needles around. With regards to the nicotine, this set up will make sure you only add the nicotine you meant to (though the residual amount left, even with 100mg/mL, is far from harmful.

Thanks for the tips. I think I almost have everything needed. Bigger gage (or smaller) needles I do need. VG Is thick as snot.

Don't use needle tips for VG, just suck it up with the syringe. Also, remember to use clear nail polish or clear packing tape to cover your syringes or the black markings will wipe right off.

The tape on the syringes works wonders.

Remember, koolada and menthol will ruin a syringe. They get difficult to slide and the plunge will pop off. I use disposable pipettes now.
