Does something like this exist? My mom is looking for a salty or salty/sweet vape, and I don't think I've seen any 'salty' flavors. Are their additives to achieve this like you would sweet or sour? Cause I've seen salted caramel ejuice. Any help?
I know some people use vinegar, but I'm not sure what the flavor ends up like. Not exactly what you're lookin for, but throwin it out there.
Vinegar is Malic Acid. It's used for tobaccos to smooth them out and it can be used to sour fruit flavors, but it won't add a salty note.
Flavor West makes salted caramel. It's actually quite nice stand alone at 10-15%. The saltiness is very subtle, but noticable. Vinegar won't give juice a salty flavour, it's generally used at a few drops per 10mL to alter pH and enhance flavour. I've heard of folks using sterile preservative free normal saline (0.9% NaCl) in small percentages to add moisture, though I've not tried it yet, so I can't say if it adds a saltiness to liquids.
2 options:
If you use a high % of VG, you can thin it out with .9% USP sterile saline solution

DISCLAIMER: do at your own risk! I'd avoid any sort of "iodized" salt, and I'm not sure how hard on the coils the PG dissolved salt will be. The USP saline solution is the safer method of the two, as it's a widely used additive. Start at 4% and go up from there...I've read that 4% is where you can start to "taste" the saline solution.
