Thoughts? What do you think would make the milkshake flavor? Maybe vanilla and Bavarian cream? Bonus point for recipes.
Ripe Banana from TFA
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream from TFA
Sweet Strawberry from Capella's (my preference, or if you want to go all TFA, use Ripe Strawberry)
add Sweet Cream if that's not sweet enough
add Koolada if you want that "frosty effect"
add Whipped cream if you want whipped cream on top (and who doesn't?)
maybe a drop or two (depending on your batch size) of Bavarian Cream or Coconut to make it richer
Since Ripe Banana is a strong flavor, and you probably want the strawberry to dominate, I'd go with the following percentages:
8% strawberry 5% vanilla bean ice cream 2% banana
This is a basic recipe I made a long time ago before I had an absurd amount of flavors, so I would probably tweak it with tiny additions of other flavors to make it more complex, but this is probably a good starting point
2.5% strawberry banana smoothie -- nudenicotine If you're looking to really make it creamy that will depend on taste but for cream I like 1.25% vanillin at 10% in PG and then lorann Bavarian cream at 1.5%. You can also add marshmallow from capellas at 1-2% good luck with your endeavors!
Here's a starting point for you. This is untested and you will probably have to tweak.
- Ripe Banana 2%
- Strawberries and cream 4%
- Koolada 1%
- Malted Milk 2%
- Vanilla bean ice cream 3%
EDIT: If you do end up mixing this. please keep the thread updated as you develop the recipe, I'm interested in how this one comes out.
Alright, so I mixed this one up on 3-14 and revisited today after steeping. Started with a basic mix using flavors I have on hand. 8%tfa strawberry 5% tfa vanilla bean ice cream 2% tfa banana ripe
It's pretty damn good. I'm def gonna mix this one up in a bigger batch. I'll play with tweaking it once I have some extra funds for some new flavors. But this one is pretty great.
Edit: just noticed this is /u/m_i_r recipes
