Just boil them. I had clear "hard plastic" bottles from Seduce juice that melted, but all the other ones were fine. I just let it come to a boil, and turn the heat down to mediumish for about 15mins. Then let it soak off heat til the water cools enough to drain it into a strainer without worrying about breaking the glass bottles. Then I let them cool enough to the touch to empty them.

Not at first, but after a day or two of drying they have a scent, but no flavor. I didn't rinse all my bottles prior to this though. Some still had minuet amounts of juice in them so that could be why I had a scent left over.
