Anybody have a Captain Crunch recipe?

I have been trying to find one for quite sometime now and it would be greatly appreciated. I would like a recipe for crunch berries and the nutty goodness

Yes. This tastes exactly like Crunchberries soaking in milk. All flavors are TFA, no steeping needed.

Strawberry (Ripe) 10% Cheese Cake w Graham Crust 5% Bavarian Cream 6% French Vanilla 2%

Upvote. I just made this and it is delicious. I have thought about turning down the frech vanilla or switching it out for sweetcream or EM. I will report any findings.
