That is my first attempt at DIY! It's the honey peary clone found in the recipe thread. I got my supplies in this morning mixed up a 5ml batch. I was shaking that bottle non stop for a while and finally decided to try some in my igo-l. I want expecting much but holy shit the flavor is unbelievable for being something I just mixed together. I had my two vaping buddies try it out and they loved it (neither of them have had the real deal). I then told them I made it myself. Once I finally convinced them I actually made it they both asked if I could make them a bottle.

Thank you his do much for all the info on this sub, I'm going to put it to very good use!

In 5 years from now I honestly believe DIY will totally replace vendor juice. The biggest obstacle right now is recipes - the databases aren't great (at least to search through) and people tend not to share their recipes. Also people aren't able to figure out how to clone various vendor juices.

But as this stuff gets standardized, I really don't see why anyone would buy vendor juice. I mean, 15 bucks for what should cost 2 bucks is a mark-up that won't last.

Why do people go out to restaurant to eat when you can cook at home? Pretty much the same concept. People are lazy, have disposable money, or like a certain vendor who are masters at their craft.

I can get a 6 pack of budlight on the cheap which I can brew and make as well, I can also make a gallon of rum for a couple of bucks, but I much rather spend the extra to get something crafted different even if its just a blue moon.

My buddy LOVES the local B&M Hot Tamales flavored juice. I HATE cinnamon vape. He said he would buy from me instead of the B&M if I make him a clone of the hot tamales, but I just don't know if I wanna supply him with a flavor I don't like ><

Pear (TFA) @ 6%

Strawberry (CAP) @ 5%

Honeydew (TFA) @ 3%

Something like that. There are a few versions

The HP clone is also one of my favorites.

Mine too and it is spot on, IMO. I don't believe there are other ingredients in it. I followed the recipe in the clone thread and it tastes exactly like HP.

The first time I tried HP was during ACL. I just made a clone 2 days ago and BOOM! Back to ACL.
